本实用新型涉及一种回弹力好、不容易破损、使用寿命长的单缸液压系列顶轴承密封圈，属顶轴承密封圈制造领域。
背景技术
现有的顶轴承密封圈在结构设计上，采用无骨架J型密封圈，后续发现单缸液压主轴在旋摆时，J型无骨架油封回弹力不够，且密封唇口弯角处橡胶厚度偏薄，导致使用寿命低，周期短，并且容易破损，造成润滑脂泄露。
实用新型内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种回弹力好、不容易破损、使用寿命长的单缸液压系列顶轴承密封圈。
设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。本实用新型在结构设计上，增加密封圈弯角处厚度，以及采用邵氏硬度70-80度丁晴橡胶制作，使密封圈凹槽两壁的回弹力进一步增强；其次，密封圈唇口的增加（J型无骨架油封只有一道唇口），不仅密封的可靠性好，而且使用寿命提高了一年以上，可达1-2年。
技术方案：一种单缸液压系列顶轴承密封圈，包括顶轴承密封圈，密封圈唇口为多道。
本实用新型与背景技术相比，一是回弹力好，不易破损，使用寿命长；二是密封性能可靠，避免了背景技术存在的润滑脂泄露现象。

具体实施方式
实施例1：参照附图1～3。一种单缸液压系列顶轴承密封圈，包括顶轴承密封圈1，密封圈唇口为多道2。密封圈唇口弯角处橡胶厚度厚且采用丁晴橡胶。密封圈1唇口弯角处橡胶厚度大于凹槽壁厚。密封圈端面弧形凹槽3角度为38.5度-39.5度。即密封圈材料选用丁晴橡胶，邵氏硬度70-80度，且增加此密封圈回弹力，增加弯角处厚度，密封圈唇口增加多道（现有技术J型无骨架油封只有一道唇口），因而使用寿命可达1-2年以上。标号4是顶部轴承。
