The running robot 2 is disposed between the discharge line 1 and the direction converter 3, and between the voltage detector 4 and the rotary line 5. The operation robot 2 is used for placing the batteries on the discharge assembly line 1 on the direction converter 3 one by one to ensure the orderly development of detection work; the running robot 2 is also used for picking up the batteries which are not completely discharged and detected by the voltage detector 4 onto the rotary line 5, and realizing the function of conveying the batteries back to the discharge assembly line 1 through the rotary line 5 for discharging again.
Referring to fig. 5, a discharge contact 101, a discharge delay starter 102, and a heat dissipation fan 103 are further disposed in the discharge assembly line 1. The discharging contacts 101 respectively and correspondingly conduct the anode and the cathode of the battery to discharge, and the discharging delay starter 102 prevents the discharging assembly line 1 from working immediately at the moment when the anode and the cathode of the battery are respectively conducted with the discharging contacts 101, so as to avoid burning the discharging contacts 101. The heat dissipation fan 103 is used for exchanging the gas inside the discharge assembly line 1 with the outside, so as to cool the discharge assembly line 1, and avoid the generation of an excessive temperature in the discharge process.
Referring to fig. 6, the housing cutter 6 includes a robot 61, a fixing mechanism 62, a rotating mechanism 63, and a cutter 64. The robot 61 is used to pick up the battery flowed from the discharging device 01 and place it on the fixing mechanism 62. The securing mechanism 62 matches the shape of the battery to form a clamping fixation for the battery. It will be appreciated that the securing mechanism 62 may be comprised of a deformable mechanism for securing batteries corresponding to different profiles or different specifications. At the same time, the robot 61 can also be rotated to place the battery on the fixing mechanism 62 in the correct posture. In one embodiment, the robot 61 is rotatable through an angle of 90 degrees. The cutting knife 64 is used to cut the housing of the secured battery. The rotating mechanism 63 is used for turning the battery by 180 degrees or so that the cutting knife 64 can cut the casing of the battery from different directions (on the other side), thereby realizing the separation operation of the casing of the battery. It will be appreciated that the cutting blade 64 may also be configured to cut the battery casing from three different directions, preferably three mutually perpendicular directions, to ensure successful separation of the casing from the battery. In one embodiment, the housing cutter 6 further comprises a housing retriever 65. The casing retriever 65 is disposed on one side of the fixing mechanism 62, and after the casing of the battery is cut and separated, the casing cutter 6 can grip the cut-open casing of the battery by the casing clip and place it in the casing retriever 65 for retrieval.
In one embodiment, the disassembling device 02 further comprises a fan (not shown) disposed at one side of the electric core separator 8 for dissipating heat. In some embodiments, the split stripper 11 includes an air knife 111 and a stripper roll 112 (shown in fig. 7). After the opening position of the battery cell is determined, the opening position is cut by the air knife 111, and the sealing compound attached to the battery cell is peeled off by rotating the peeling roller 112. The membrane is peeled off from the sealing compound by the air knife 111 and is blown directly into the separating device 03.
In some embodiments, the exhaust gas processor 12 is disposed at least corresponding to the position of the core separator 8, and is used for collecting and processing toxic and harmful gases generated by the core during the separation process. It can be understood that, during the battery disassembling process, not only the battery core is disassembled to generate toxic and harmful gas, so that the exhaust gas processor 12 in the present application can also be arranged corresponding to the positions of the casing cutter 6, the electrolyte centrifuge 7 and even the separating device 03.
Referring back to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the front end of the separating device 03 is further provided with a telescopic clamp 15, a driving roller 16 and a conveying belt 17. The telescopic clamp 15 is used for receiving the film sheets from the disassembling device 02 and transferring the film sheets to the conveying belt 17. The conveying belt 17 conveys the diaphragms to the positive diaphragm separator 13 and the negative diaphragm separator 14 to be disassembled under the driving of the driving roller 16.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the separation device 03 further includes a direction roller 18, a suction cup 19, and a separation groove 20, where the direction roller 18 is used to adjust the direction of the cell membrane, so that the suction cup 19 respectively sucks the cell membrane from two sides of the positive plate and the negative plate, and places the sucked and held positive and negative plates in the separation groove 20 for separation. In the separation groove 20, a pole piece turnover device 21 and a high-pressure water jet 22 are also arranged. The pole piece turning device 21 is used for turning the pole pieces in the separation process to accelerate the separation, and the high-pressure water jet cutter 22 acts between the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece to peel the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece and simultaneously peel adhesive materials adhered between the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece.

the disassembling device comprises a shell cutter and an electric core separator which are respectively used for cutting the shell and the electric core of the battery, an electrolyte centrifuge used for separating electrolyte in the battery, and a waste gas processor used for collecting and processing harmful gas generated in the battery disassembling process;
and the separation device comprises a membrane separator for separating the battery cell.

The automated battery disassembly system of claim 1, wherein the discharge line is further provided with a discharge contact for discharging the battery, a discharge delay starter for delaying the operation of the discharge line at the instant when the battery is conducted with the discharge contact, and a heat dissipation fan for dissipating heat from the discharge line.
3. The automated battery disassembly system of claim 1, wherein the housing cutter comprises a battery manipulator for picking up the battery, a fixing mechanism for fixing the battery, a rotating mechanism for converting the battery cutting direction, and a cutter for cutting the battery.
4. The automated battery disassembly system of claim 3, wherein the housing cutter further comprises a housing retriever disposed on one side for retrieving the battery housing being severed.
