Preferably, referring to fig. 2 and 5, in order to monitor the water level in the water storage container 221 and facilitate timely replacement of the water storage container 221, the present hot beverage maker further comprises a water level sensor 236, wherein the water level sensor 236 is disposed in the positioning retainer ring 2141, and the water level sensor 236 is electrically connected to the control system 23. In actual application, the connection between the water supply mechanism 22 and the water inlet 2143 has various connection modes, but the connection with the following structure mode has a good effect, is convenient to install and has a good sealing effect. Preferably, referring to fig. 2, 3, 9 and 10, a water chute 1122 is provided on the bucket cover 112, a plurality of liquid inlets 1121 are provided and all provided in the water chute 1122, the liquid inlets 1121 are uniformly distributed in the water chute 1122, and after the sealing cover 24 is fastened to the bucket cover 112, the hot water supply port 241 and the water chute 1122 can be hermetically communicated. That is, in the hot beverage maker, hot water is supplied to each liquid inlet 1121 through the water guide groove 1122, so that hot water is relatively uniformly obtained from all places in the bucket body 111.
In actual use, the joint between the sealing cover 24 and the water chute 1122 can be sealed in various ways, but the sealing effect is more excellent by the following way. Referring to fig. 10, the sealing cover 24 is provided with a sealing groove 242 matched with the water guide duct 1122, sealing convex edges 2421 are disposed on two sides of the sealing groove 242, each sealing convex edge 2421 is provided with a convex edge sealing ring 2242, and after the sealing cover 24 is fastened to the bucket cover 112, the convex edge sealing ring 2242 seals a connection position of the sealing groove 242 and the water guide duct 1122. That is, in the hot beverage maker, the joint between the sealing lid 24 and the water guide 1122 is sealed by the convex seal ring of the seal groove 242, and the sealing is achieved when the sealing lid 24 is closed, and the opening operation of the sealing lid 24 is not hindered when the sealing lid 24 is opened.
Referring to fig. 1, 10 and 11, in order to ensure the sealing effect after the sealing cover 24 is closed, a movable buckle 243 is disposed at one end of the sealing cover 24 away from the hinge point of the sealing cover 24, a fixed buckle 215 is disposed on the machine body 21, and when the sealing cover 24 is buckled to seal the liquid inlet 1121, the movable buckle 243 and the fixed buckle 215 are butted, buckled and fixed. Through the cooperation of movable buckle 243 and fixed buckle 215, can fix the sealed lid 24 after closing the lid, keep its state of closing the lid, guarantee sealed effect.
In order to further ensure the sealing effect and avoid that the closing cover of the sealing cover 24 is not closed in place, referring to fig. 10 and 11, an uncovering detection switch 216 for detecting the opening and closing state of the sealing cover 24 is arranged at the fixed buckle 215, a trigger 244 capable of triggering the uncovering detection switch 216 after the sealing cover 24 is buckled is arranged at the movable buckle 243, and the uncovering detection switch 216 is electrically connected with the control system 23. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, since the siphon pipe 14 is connected to the lower portion of the bucket body 111, when a hot beverage is not prepared, the bucket body 111 cannot be flatly placed on a table top, and can only be placed on one side, in order to solve the problem, the hot beverage machine further comprises a rest 25, the processing bucket 11, the filter assembly 12 and the siphon pipe 14 can be placed on the rest 25 after being assembled, and the lower end of the siphon pipe 14 is suspended, so that the lower end of the siphon pipe 14 can be prevented from contacting the table top and polluting the siphon pipe 14.
Preferably, referring to fig. 12 and 13, a receiving tray 251 is further disposed below the idle rack 25, and can receive liquid dripping from the siphon pipe 14 to prevent the table top from being stained.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 3, 14 and 15, the present hot beverage maker further comprises a lid 131 capable of being covered on the cup body 13, a sleeve 1311 for inserting the siphon pipe 14 is provided on the lid 131, and one end of the sleeve 1311 is a protruding end 1312 protruding from an end surface of the lid 131;
referring to fig. 3, 14 and 15, the cup 13 is one of a first cup 1301 and a second cup 1302, the first cup 1301 and the second cup 1302 have different heights, and the first cup 1301 is higher than the second cup 1302.
Referring to fig. 3, when the cup 13 is a first cup 1301 and the lid 131 is snapped onto the first cup 1301, the protruding end 1312 is located in the first cup 1301, and the other end of the sleeve 1311 can surround the connection between the outlet 1111 and the siphon pipe 14.
Referring to fig. 15, when the lid 131 is snapped onto the second cup 1302 while the cup 13 is the second cup 1302, the protruding end 1312 is located outside the second cup 1302, and the protruding end 1312 may surround the connection between the liquid outlet 1111 and the siphon pipe 14.
That is, the height of the first cup 1301 is greater than that of the second cup 1302, that is, by the above arrangement, the cap 131 can be adapted to two sizes of cups 13 at the same time, and can prevent the leakage at the connection between the outlet 1111 and the siphon pipe 14 when the siphon pipe 14 is connected. The two cups 13 can be added with a heat insulation cup sleeve.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 8, a first slot 1123 is disposed on an end surface of the bucket cover 112; when the bucket cover 112 is fastened to the bucket body 111 in a sealing manner, one end of the filter assembly 12 is communicated with the liquid outlet 1111, and the other end of the filter assembly 12 is matched with the first groove 1123 and fixed in a sealing manner. Through first slot 1123, filter element 12 is connected fixedly with bucket lid 112, guarantees the stability of filter element 12 during operation.
Similarly, referring to fig. 6, a second groove 1112 is provided at the bottom of the bucket body 111, and the liquid outlet 1111 is located in the second groove 1112; one end of the filter assembly 12 may be fixed to the second groove 1112 and communicate with the liquid outlet 1111. The second slot 1112 can improve the connection between the filter assembly 12 and the body 111.
In addition, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a cover handle 1124 is fixed to an end surface of the cover 112, and when the cover 112 is sealingly fastened to the body 111, the cover handle 1124 is located outside the body 111, so that a user can open the cover 112 to add solid substances. Preferably, the cover handle 1124 is further sleeved with a heat insulation sleeve 1125, the heat insulation sleeve 1125 is attached to the cover handle 1124, and the heat insulation sleeve 1125 can prevent a user from being scalded when the user opens the cover. Specifically, the heat insulation sleeve 1125 is a rubber sleeve.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the filter assembly 12 includes a hollow filter screen 121, a hollow filter screen inner frame 122, and a hollow filter screen outer frame 123; filter screen inside casing 122, filter screen 121, filter screen frame 123 are by interior to outer coaxial setting, filter screen inside casing 122 and filter screen frame 123 press from both sides tightly fixed filter screen 121, the lower extreme of filter screen frame 123 with liquid outlet 1111 sealing connection fixes filter screen 121 in processing fill 11 through filter screen inside casing 122 and the cooperation of filter screen frame 123. Both ends of the filter screen outer frame 123 are provided with filter screen sealing rings 124, and the filter screen sealing rings 124 seal the filter screen outer frame 123 and the end part of the filter screen 121, so that liquid in the bucket body 111 is ensured to pass through the filter function of the filter screen 121 when being discharged from the liquid outlet 1111.

the brewing component comprises a processing hopper, a hollow filtering component, a cup body and a siphon guide pipe; the processing hopper comprises a hopper body and a hopper cover which can be hermetically buckled with the hopper body; the bucket cover is provided with a liquid inlet, and the bucket body is provided with a liquid outlet; the filter assembly is arranged in the hopper body and is positioned on a fluid channel between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet;
the main machine comprises a main machine body and a water supply mechanism for intermittently supplying hot water with micro pressure to the liquid inlet; the main body comprises a bucket support, an accommodating groove capable of accommodating the bucket body is formed in the bucket support, the upper end of the accommodating groove is open, and a siphon pipe through hole is formed in the lower end of the accommodating groove;
the bucket body accept in when the accepting groove, the inlet with the sealed intercommunication of water supply mechanism, the one end of siphon pipe with the sealed intercommunication of liquid outlet, the cup is arranged in the below of accepting groove, the other end of siphon pipe passes siphon via hole and places in the cup, and with there is the interval bottom of cup.
2. The hot beverage machine of claim 1, wherein: the water supply mechanism comprises a sealed water storage container, an air pump, a one-way valve, a float valve and a heating assembly, and the air pump is communicated with the water storage container through a first pipe body;
the water storage container is communicated with the liquid inlet in a sealing mode through a second pipe body, and the one-way valve, the float valve and the heating assembly are sequentially arranged on the second pipe body along the direction from the water storage container to the liquid inlet.
3. A hot beverage machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the host machine further comprises a control system, the control system comprises an operation panel, a control circuit board and a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor is arranged on the second pipe body and is positioned between the heating assembly and the liquid inlet, and the air pump, the heating assembly, the temperature sensor and the operation panel are all electrically connected with the control circuit board;
the control circuit board and the temperature sensor are both located in the machine body, and the control panel is arranged on the outer surface of the machine body.
4. A hot beverage machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the control system also comprises a temperature controller which is arranged on the heating component and is electrically connected with the control circuit board.

A hot beverage machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the main body is provided with a water inlet connector communicated with the second pipe body; the water storage container is provided with a water outlet connector which can be detachably and hermetically communicated with the water inlet connector; and when the water inlet connector and the water outlet connector are in sealed butt joint, the water inlet connector is positioned below the water storage container.

The hot beverage machine of claim 5, wherein: the water storage container comprises a container main body, the container main body is in threaded connection with the water outlet connector, the water outlet connector is provided with a water outlet through hole communicated with the interior of the container main body, a plug and a first spring are arranged in the water outlet through hole, and the first spring can push the plug to enable the plug to plug the water outlet through hole;
a positioning groove is annularly arranged on the water outlet connecting head; the water inlet connector is annularly provided with a raised positioning retainer ring which can be in sealing fit with the positioning groove, an air inlet communicated with the first pipe body and a water inlet communicated with the second pipe body are arranged in the positioning retainer ring, and the water inlet connector is also provided with a top post corresponding to the water outlet through hole;
after the positioning check ring is in butt joint with the positioning groove, the jacking column jacks the plug column to conduct the water outlet through hole, and the air inlet and the water inlet are communicated with the water outlet through hole.

The hot beverage machine of claim 6, wherein: the plug is in clearance fit with the water outlet through hole, the inner end of the plug exceeds the inner end of the water outlet through hole, and a sealing ring is arranged at the position, outside the water outlet through hole, of the inner end of the plug; the first spring is sleeved on the plug and can push the plug outwards, so that the sealing ring seals the space between the inner end of the water outlet through hole and the plug.
8. The hot beverage machine of claim 6, wherein: the water level sensor is arranged in the positioning retainer ring and is electrically connected with the control system.

A hot beverage machine according to any one of claims 3 to 8, characterized in that: the host machine also comprises a sealing cover which is hinged on the containing groove in an openable and closable manner, and a hot water supply port communicated with the water supply mechanism is arranged on one side of the sealing cover close to the containing groove;
when the bucket body is accommodated in the accommodating groove, the sealing cover can be buckled on the bucket cover so as to hermetically communicate the hot water supply port with the liquid inlet.

The hot beverage machine of claim 9, wherein: the hopper cover is provided with a plurality of water guide grooves, and the liquid inlets are arranged in the water guide grooves; the hot water supply port and the water guide groove can be hermetically communicated after the sealing cover is buckled to the bucket cover.

The hot beverage machine of claim 10, wherein: the sealing cover is provided with a sealing groove matched with the water guide groove, two sides of the sealing groove are provided with sealing convex edges, each sealing convex edge is provided with a convex edge sealing ring, the sealing cover is buckled on the bucket cover, and the convex edge sealing rings seal the connecting part of the sealing groove and the water guide groove.

The hot beverage machine of claim 9, wherein: one end of the sealing cover, which is far away from the self hinge point, is provided with a movable buckle, and the machine main body is provided with a fixed buckle; when the sealing cover is buckled to seal the liquid inlet, the movable buckle can be butted, buckled and fixed with the fixed buckle.

The hot beverage machine of claim 12, wherein: the fixed buckle is provided with a cover opening detection switch for detecting the opening and closing state of the sealing cover, the movable buckle is provided with a trigger piece which can trigger the cover opening detection switch after the sealing cover is buckled, and the cover opening detection switch is electrically connected with the control system.
