SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims at providing a small-size bent angle copper nose, it makes the copper nose of making through this scheme preparation relatively current copper nose through having improved the preparation method, and is more miniaturized, especially has eliminated the transition part between line storehouse and the nose wing, has practiced thrift copper nose volume itself and material cost greatly.
To the above-mentioned, the utility model discloses a small-size bent angle copper nose, including line storehouse and nose wing, its characterized in that, line storehouse and nose wing fixed connection set up, a side end face of nose wing is tangent with the outer disc limit in line storehouse, just the relative line storehouse of nose wing has the turning setting, the bottom in line storehouse is provided with the cut hole, the cut hole is used for the punching press of nose wing to finalize the design and reduces the thickness of the buffer structure that is connected of nose wing and line storehouse.
As a further arrangement of the scheme, the material of the connecting buffer part of the wire bin and the nose wing is provided with an inclined plane angle.
Has the advantages that: this scheme is through processing integration shaping to the pipe for prior art, through improving processing technology structure, make transition part between line storehouse and the alar basically not exist, secondly the alar edge tangent with line storehouse of this product, make the copper nose of this scheme production more stable when being fixed in equipment, it has solved current copper nose processing through simple incision punching press and has had the wasting of resources of connecting portion, the difficult fragile scheduling problem of punching press, for current copper nose, the material has been saved greatly and the volume has been reduced, and the production cost is lightened, and the transportation cost.
Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflicting with each other.
The small-sized bent-angle copper nose shown in fig. 1-2 comprises a line bin 1 and a nose wing 2, and is characterized in that the line bin 1 and the nose wing 2 are fixedly connected and arranged, one side end face of the nose wing 2 is tangent to the outer circular edge of the line bin 1, the nose wing 2 is arranged at the corner of the line bin 1, a cutting hole 3 is formed in the bottom of the line bin 1, and the cutting hole 3 is used for punching and shaping the nose wing 2 and reducing the thickness of a connection buffer structure of the nose wing 2 and the line bin 1.
As a further arrangement of the above solution, the material of the connecting buffer part of the string cabin 1 and the nose wing 2 is provided with an inclined angle.
A manufacturing method of a small-sized bent-angle copper nose is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a tubular copper material as a raw material of a copper nose, and treating the surface of a copper pipe;
2) placing the prepared copper pipe on a bending die, and starting the die to bend the copper pipe;
3) after the bent pipe is machined, taking out the bent pipe, drawing a notch line on the copper pipe according to the size of a design drawing, and performing notch machining along the notch line through a cutting device;
4) after the notch is machined, taking down the bent pipe and placing the bent pipe into an upper layer die cavity of a double-layer stamping die, and starting a stamping machine to stamp an upper die along the notch position to form a nose wing 2;
5) after the nasal wing 2 is punched, lifting an ejector rod of a punching machine, taking the bent pipe with the nasal wing 2 out of the upper layer die cavity, putting the bent pipe into the lower layer die cavity, starting the punching machine again, and cutting off the bolt holes 4 for fixing the nasal wing 2 and redundant materials on the periphery through a middle die of the double-layer punching die;
6) and taking out the workpiece after the secondary stamping is finished, and carrying out surface treatment to obtain the complete copper nose.
Preferably, the double-layer stamping die is provided with an upper-layer die cavity and a lower-layer die cavity, and an ejector rod penetrating through the upper-layer die cavity and communicated with the lower-layer die cavity is further arranged in the double-layer stamping die.
Preferably, the upper layer die cavity and the lower layer die cavity can work simultaneously to punch workpieces with different schedules.
Preferably, after the nose wing 2 is manufactured in the step 4), the notch is formed by flattening the copper pipe to form a notch hole 3, the notch is 1/3 of the diameter of the copper pipe, and an oblique angle surface structure is arranged between the notch hole 3 and the nose wing 2 for reinforcing connection.
This scheme is through processing integration shaping to the pipe for prior art, through improving processing technology structure, make transition part between line storehouse and the alar basically not exist, secondly the alar edge tangent with line storehouse of this product, make the copper nose of this scheme production more stable when being fixed in equipment, it has solved current copper nose processing through simple incision punching press and has had the wasting of resources of connecting portion, the difficult fragile scheduling problem of punching press, for current copper nose, the material has been saved greatly and the volume has been reduced, and the production cost is lightened, and the transportation cost.
