复合彩色金星装饰玻璃属于新型装饰材料,其特
征是把反射率高的闪光物加到胶粘液中,再涂到玻璃
板上,便能在玻璃板上形成闪烁亮点,有极好的装饰
效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种在光线照射下能闪烁彩色亮点的装饰材料,特别是玻璃装饰材料。
在玻璃中加入过量铬,铁及铜金属,使其在熔化状态下过饱和析晶产生金星亮点的技术由来以久,如苏联专利967973及929608,都利用的是金属过饱和而析晶的原理。因是高温状态下熔化,金星生成的尺寸及密度都不易控制,而且底色都是深色玻璃,装饰效果也不好。
本实用新型的目地是把反射率高的彩色闪光物加到有机或无机的胶粘液中去,采用刮涂方式涂到玻璃板上,从而得到一种装饰效果好的复合彩色金星玻璃。
本实用新型是由一片玻璃并在其上刮涂透明或有色的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、酚醛、环氧树脂及硅酸钠等单组份或多组份涂层,涂层厚度0.05-2毫米,并在上述单组份和多组份涂刮液中加0.1-30%,尺寸0.005-1.5毫米的釉七彩闪光片,干燥后就是单层复合彩色金星装饰玻璃。如用作室外装饰,可在上述涂层未干燥前再贴合一块玻璃、塑料、陶瓷及玻璃布,就是对涂膜具有保护功能的双层室外型复合彩色金星装饰玻璃。如考虑到色调的对比,也可以在上述涂层上再涂一层色调比釉七彩片暗的上述单组份或多组份涂层。
本实用新型因具有以上特点,在光线照射时,可在正面不同角度看到明亮的彩色光点,光线变化时,亮点也随之变化,做为舞台、舞厅及所有光线变化的场所有极好的装饰效果。在光线直射时,就形成一明亮的彩色反射面,作为门柱、壁面、招牌也有极好装饰效果。
图1是单层复合彩色金星装饰玻璃,其中(1)是玻璃板,(2)是含有闪光片的胶粘涂层。图2是双层复合彩色金星装饰玻璃,(1)是玻璃板,(2)是含有闪光片的胶粘涂层,(3)是色对比涂层,(4)是玻璃板、塑料板、陶瓷板及玻璃布。

Claims (3)
1、一种复合彩色金星装饰玻璃,其特征是反射率高的闪光物加到胶粘液中,再涂到玻璃板上。
2、根据权利要求1所述复合彩色金星装饰玻璃,其特征是由一片玻璃并在其上刮涂透明或有色的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、酚醛、环氧树脂及硅酸钠等单组份或多组份涂层,涂层厚度0.05-2毫米。
3、根据权利要求1所述复合彩色金星装饰玻璃,其特征是在权利要求2中所述的单组份和多组份涂刮液中加入0.1-30%,尺寸0.005-1.5毫米的釉七彩闪光片。
