Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a wrapping bag technical field, concretely relates to novel fabric is collected and is washed department bag.
Background
This novel fabric is collected and is washed processing bag, the concentrated collection that mainly used hospital ward fabric changed after the pollution and washed, sealed and concentrated transportation handle, play and keep apart the pollution, prevent the infection effect. Is also suitable for professional collection and professional washing treatment of the polluted fabrics in hotel guest room places.
As is well known, hospitals are places where doctors can treat and save people, and are places where various patients gather, and patients with infectious diseases, such as severe infectious diseases of infectious coronavirus pneumonia, AIDS, tuberculosis, cholera and the like are not poor. A large amount of medical articles (such as patient changing clothes, bedding, nursing products, medical appliances and the like) with pollution (with body fluid, blood, excrement and germs) are generated in the process of treating and nursing patients. These medical items, if improperly handled, can easily cause cross-contamination between patients, patients and medical personnel, and even to the community public. The best method for handling such contaminated medical items is to sterilize the site where they are produced and to perform the closed packaging isolation treatment of the contaminated medical items on site, with minimal or no opening of the packaging for such contaminated medical items throughout the transportation and treatment process.
When medical staff collects the polluting medical articles, the medical staff usually adopt some cloth packaging bags or ordinary plastic packaging bags for packaging, however, the use of these cloth packaging bags or ordinary plastic packaging bags as the packaging of these polluting medical articles brings an unappealing potential pollution, such as: (1) the packaging bag made of dry cloth has no tightness, so that germs or viruses can still diffuse and spread through the air in the process of collecting, transporting, washing and disinfecting infected medical articles; (2) when a medical worker washes and disinfects the polluted medical articles, the plastic packaging bag needs to be opened to take out the polluted medical articles, and the process can increase the infection to the medical worker and the pollution opportunity to the workplace. The infection problem also exists in the process of collecting and washing the clothes of the hotel guests.
Although the prior patents also disclose disposal bags for collecting and washing textiles, these disposal bags require that the water-soluble film of PVA for constituting the bag body be adhered again or that water-soluble sewing threads be required, which are not effective for protecting the structure of the water-soluble material, thereby effectively avoiding the damage of the water-soluble material structure of the bag body caused by the textile with the wet dye and the phenomenon of causing the leakage of the pollution source. And the mode such as adopting sewing thread structure makes the product preparation technology become complicated, reduces production efficiency, increases manufacturing cost. Therefore, there is a need to develop a disposal bag having excellent overall performance while solving the above-mentioned problems.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To the technical problem, the utility model provides a novel fabric collect washing department bag, this novel department bag is convenient, reliable in utilization. After the bag is fully collected, the bag mouth of the treatment bag is tied tightly by using a strip-shaped water-soluble PVA film attached and delivered along with the bag as a binding belt, namely, the polluted medical fabric to be cleaned in the bag is sealed, transported to a professional cleaning treatment part and directly put into a washing machine for treatment. The bag mouth does not need to be opened in the whole washing process, and the PVA film ribbon and the bonding bag body of the bag mouth are made into hydrosol or water swelling disintegrating glue at the bag body, which can be dissolved and lose strength or can be disintegrated by disintegration under the action of water and water flow in the washing machine, thereby playing the effect of automatically disintegrating the bag and enabling the fabrics in the bag to be washed automatically. From the whole process of collection to cleaning, the dirt is always sealed and is not contacted with the outside or is not diffused to the outside, and a good anti-infection control effect is achieved.
