8. The perioral skin dressing of claim 1, wherein the lip patch is formed with a notch at an end located within the patient's mouth.
9. The perioral skin dressing of claim 8, wherein the number of said slits is a plurality, and a plurality of said slits are spaced circumferentially around the lip patch.
