Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an I-shaped beam hanging hanger which has higher universality and is suitable for the installation of I-shaped beams with more specifications.
The above application purpose of the present application is achieved by the following technical solutions:
an i-beam hanger comprising:
the pull rod is fixedly connected with the wall surface;
the hoisting part is hinged with the pull rod;
the supporting rod is hinged to one end of the hoisting part, which is far away from the pull rod;
two supporting pieces which can be glidingly connected with the supporting rod;
the two supporting pieces are respectively arranged on two sides of the I-shaped beam and used for connecting the I-shaped beam.
Optionally, the hoisting part comprises a first boom and a second boom;
the first hanging rod is hinged to the pull rod;
the second hanging rod is hinged to the supporting rod; and
a fastener provided with a threaded through hole;
the first suspension rod and the second suspension rod are respectively connected to the fastener through threads at one end of the threaded through hole, and the thread directions of the first suspension rod and the second suspension rod are opposite.
Optionally, the support comprises a first plate and a second plate;
a first plate slidably connected to the support rod;
the second plate is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the I-shaped beam and used for supporting the I-shaped beam;
the first plate is fixedly connected with the second plate.
Optionally, the support comprises a first plate and a second plate;
a first plate slidably connected to the support rod;
the second plate is fixedly arranged at the waist of the I-shaped beam and used for supporting the I-shaped beam; and
and two sides of the third plate are respectively fixedly connected to the first plate and the second plate so as to connect the first plate and the second plate.
Optionally, the supporting rod is a threaded rod, and a plurality of first nuts are connected to the supporting rod through threads;
at least one first nut is arranged on each of two sides of the supporting piece and used for fixing the position of the supporting piece on the supporting rod.
Optionally, the hoisting part comprises a first pull ring, and the first pull ring is located at one end, close to the support rod, of the hoisting part;
the first pull ring is sleeved on the support rod.
The installation of the hanger is not limited by the height of the wall body higher than the I-shaped beam to a certain extent, and the universality of the hanger is improved.
Optionally, a plurality of second nuts are arranged on the support rod;
and at least one second nut is respectively arranged on two sides of the first pull ring and used for fixing the position of the first pull ring on the support rod.
Optionally, one end of the pull rod, which is used for being fixed on the wall body, is an expansion bolt.
Optionally, the pull rod comprises a second pull ring, the second pull ring is fixedly connected to the expansion bolt, and the hoisting part is far away from one end of the support rod and is fixedly connected with a drag hook.

1. the support piece 31 can be arranged in a sliding manner, and the distance between the support piece 31 and the I-shaped beam can be changed by sliding, so that the I-shaped beam can adapt to I-shaped beams with different specifications, the universality of the suspension hanger is improved, and the use is more convenient;
2. the positions of the supporting piece, the second hanging rod and the supporting rod are fixed through the arrangement of the first nut and the second nut, so that the connection is more stable;
3. due to the arrangement of the draw hook, the hoisting part is more convenient to connect with the draw rod.

The I-shaped beam hanging hanger is characterized in that the I-shaped frame is connected with the I-shaped beam, the I-shaped beam is clamped in a U-shaped groove formed by the U-shaped frame, and the U-shaped frame is of a fixed structure, namely the U-shaped groove formed by the U-shaped frame is of a fixed specification.
From the perspective of a user, for example, when the I-beam of 10# I-steel is hung, the leg width is 68mm, and the groove width of the U-shaped groove on the U-shaped frame is required to be not less than 68mm, and when the I-beam of 16# I-steel is hung, the leg width is 88mm, that is, the groove width of the U-shaped groove on the U-shaped frame is required to be not less than 88mm, at this time, the U-shaped frame capable of installing 10# I-steel is not necessarily used for installing 16# I-steel, and the U-shaped frame is inconvenient for workers to use when installing the U-shaped frame.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an i-beam hanger disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, including a pull rod 1 for being fixedly connected to a wall surface, a bracket 3 for being fixedly connected to an i-beam, and a lifting portion 2 for connecting the pull rod 1 and the bracket 3, wherein the lifting portion 2 is hinged to the pull rod 1 and the bracket 3, the bracket 3 includes two supporting members 31 and two supporting rods 32, the two supporting members 31 are slidably connected to the supporting rods 32, and the supporting members 31 are used for being fixedly connected to the i-beam and are disposed on two sides of the i-beam during installation.
Thus, when the I-beams with different specifications are installed, the supports 31 which can be arranged on the two sides of the I-beam in a sliding mode are used for changing the distance between the supports by sliding so as to adapt to the I-beams with different specifications.
Further description is provided below with respect to specific usage scenarios.
When the lifting device is used, the lifting part 2 is connected to the bracket 3, then the two supporting pieces 31 are fixedly connected to the two sides of the proper position of the I-shaped beam, the pull rod 1 is installed at one end, far away from the bracket 3, of the lifting part 2, and the pull rod 1 is fixedly connected to the proper position of a wall body.
When the I-beam with different specifications needs to be installed, the distance between the two supporting pieces 31 is changed by sliding the supporting pieces 31 so as to adapt to the size change of the I-beam. From the consideration of a user, the same suspension lifting appliance can be used for installing I-beams with different specifications, and different suspension lifting appliances do not need to be adapted according to the specifications of the I-beams, so that the universality of the suspension lifting appliance is improved, and the use is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the drum beam hanger provided by the present application, the supporting member 31 includes a first plate 311 and a second plate 312, the first plate 311 is slidably connected to the supporting rod 32, the second plate 312 is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the drum beam for supporting the drum beam, and the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 are fixedly connected to make the supporting member 31 in an L shape. When the mounting is carried out, the upper end face of the second plate 312 is attached to the bottom face of the I-beam and fixed by bolting or welding.
In the overall sense of the word,the I-shaped beam hanging hanger provided by the embodiment of the application can adapt to I-shaped beams with different specifications through the two supporting pieces 31 which can slide to change the distance between the supporting pieces, when the I-shaped beam hanging hanger is used, the two supporting pieces 31 are respectively and fixedly connected to one side of the I-shaped beam, and the two supporting pieces 31 are not fixedly connected with each other and are not influenced by the width of the I-shaped beam.
In some possible implementations, the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 are both rectangular plates, and the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 are integrated, that is, the supporting member 31 is a bent member.
As another specific embodiment of the heating mat provided by the application,referring to fig. 2, the supporting member 31 includes a first plate 311 and a second plate 312And a third plate 313, wherein the first plate 311 is slidably connected to the supporting rod 32, the second plate 312 is fixedly installed at the waist of the I-beam for supporting the I-beam, and two sides of the third plate 313 are respectively fixedly connected to the first plate 311 and the second plate 312, so that the supporting member 31 is Z-shaped. When the I-beam is installed, the second plate 312 is parallel to the waist of the I-beam, the third plate 313 is attached to the bottom surface of the upper leg of the I-beam, and bolts are arranged on the second plate 312 and penetrate through the two supporting pieces and the waist of the I-beam.
According to a specific use scene, the specification change of a common I-beam relates to leg width, waist height and waist thickness, the support members 31 change the distance between the two support members 31 through sliding to adapt to the change of the leg width or the waist thickness, so that the support members 31 can be adapted to the I-beams with more specifications, and the universality of the suspension hanger is improved.
In some possible implementations, the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 are both rectangular plates, and the first plate 311, the second plate 312 and the third plate 313 are integrated, that is, the supporting member 31 is a bent member.
As another specific embodiment of the heating mat provided by the application,the hoisting part 2 comprises a first suspender 21, a second suspender 22 and a fastener 23, the first suspender 21 is hinged on the pull rod 1, the second suspender 22 is hinged on the supporting rod 32, the fastener 23 is provided with a threaded through hole, the threaded through hole penetrates through the fastener 23, the first suspender 21 and the second suspender 22 are respectively connected with the fastener 23 from one end of the threaded through hole in a threaded manner, and the thread turning directions of the first suspender 21 and the second suspender 22 are opposite.
By combining a specific use scene, when the pull rod 1 is installed after the bracket 3 is installed, the situation that the lifting part 2 is too short and the pull rod 1 cannot be installed in place or the lifting part 2 is too long and the lifting part 2 is loose and cannot provide tension for the bracket 3 can occur. By turning the fastener 23, the first boom 21 and the second boom 22 move toward each other or away from each other simultaneously when the fastener 23 is turned, because the screw threads of the first boom 21 and the second boom 22 are turned in opposite directions. Further, the total length of the sling portion 2 is increased or shortened to accommodate the above-mentioned possible situations, facilitating the installation for the user.
In some possible implementations, the first hanger bar 21 and the second hanger bar 22 are cylindrical bars, and the fastener 23 is a circular tube.
As another specific embodiment of the heating mat provided by the application,the supporting rod 32 is a threaded rod, a plurality of first nuts 321 are connected to the supporting rod 32 through threads, and at least one first nut 321 is installed on each of two sides of the supporting member 31 and used for fixing the position of the supporting member 31 on the supporting rod 32.
It should be understood that the supporting members 31 are slidably disposed on the supporting rods 32, the fixing of the supporting members 31 on the i-beam may be inconvenient due to the movable connection of the supporting members 31, and the first nuts 321 on both sides clamp the supporting members 31 to fix the positions of the two supporting members 31 on the supporting rods 32, so that the supporting members 31 are in a stable state to facilitate the fixing and mounting work on the i-beam.
As another specific embodiment of the heating mat provided by the application,referring to fig. 2-3, the sling 2 includes a first tab 221, and the first tab 221 is located at an end of the sling 2 near the support rod 32.
It should be understood that the lifting part 2 is hinged to the bracket 3, and the first pull ring 221 on the lifting part 2 is sleeved on the support rod 32, so that the lifting part is connected simply and conveniently, and the lifting part is convenient for workers to install.
Furthermore, a plurality of second nuts 322 are disposed on the support rod 32, and at least one second nut 322 is respectively disposed on two sides of the first pull ring 221 for fixing the position of the first pull ring 221 on the support rod 32.
It should be understood that the first pulling ring 221 is slidably disposed on the support rod 32, and the first pulling ring 221 is fastened by the second nuts 322 disposed on both sides of the first pulling ring 221, so as to fix the position of the first pulling ring 221 on the support rod 32, thereby reducing the possibility of the first pulling ring 221 sliding on the support rod 32 and increasing the stability of hoisting the i-beam.
As another specific embodiment of the heating mat provided by the application,referring to fig. 4, one end of the tie rod 1 for fixing to a wall is an expansion bolt 11.
It will be appreciated that the tie rod 1 is fixed to the wall to provide tension to the i-beam and the expansion bolts are a relatively simple means of fixing for installation by the crew.
As another specific embodiment of the heating mat provided by the application,pull rod 1 includes second pull ring 12, and second pull ring 12 fixed connection is in 11 terminal surfaces of expansion bolts, and the one end fixedly connected with drag hook 211 of die-pin 32 is kept away from to hoist and mount portion 2.
It should be understood that the connection of the lifting part 2 to the pull rod 1 provides tension for the I-shaped beam, and the hooking of the second pull ring 12 by the pull hook 211 is a simple connection method for the installation of the worker.
