Technical Field
The present invention relates to fluid supply for paint spray guns, and more particularly to an adapter for connecting a spray gun to a supply cup.
Background
When the spray gun is used, paint in the spray cup is sprayed out through the spray nozzle, the head of the existing spray gun is of a plastic structure, and the head of the spray gun can generate plastic deformation such as friction scratch and outward expansion along with the increase of the use times, so that the sealing requirement cannot be met. Meanwhile, when the spray gun is used, an operator needs to swing in all angular directions, when the operator encounters a sharp or too hard object in a fault, the spray gun head protruding from the joint of the spray cup is easily broken, so that economic loss is caused, and the situation is easy to occur in a narrow space. In addition, the head of the existing plastic spray gun can only be matched with cup covers in certain shapes, the requirements of cup covers in different shapes cannot be met, and the use cost can be increased by replacing the cup covers in different shapes. Therefore, the locking and connecting mechanism can prolong the service life of the spray gun and is flexibly suitable for liquid storage devices with cup covers of different shapes, and has great significance.
Accordingly, the prior art is subject to further improvement and development.

Detailed Description
The present invention provides an adapter for connecting a spray gun and a supply cup, and the present invention is further described in detail below to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the present invention clearer and clearer. The basin-type joint 2 is provided with two spiral sheets 3, and the front ends of the two spiral sheets 3 are provided with bayonets 5.
The present invention is the adapter designed according to the above-mentioned structure, and the most preferable adapter in the present invention is made of metal. As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, it comprises a sealing connection 6 forming a fluid communication channel between the supply cup and the spray gun and a base 7, the base 7 being realized in the form of a fixed nut in this embodiment. At least two first locking parts 8 are arranged on the base 7, a second locking part 9 is arranged between every two adjacent first locking parts 8, the base 7 is locked with a first connecting part 10 on the spray gun through the first locking parts 8 and the second locking parts 9, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a passage 11 is arranged in the middle of the base 7, and the sealing connecting part 6 is connected with the base 7 through the passage 11.
Furthermore, the sealing connector 6 comprises a channel 12 for fluid communication, a locking seal 13 for connecting and locking the outlet of the fluid supply cup, an insertion tube 14 for insertion into the first connector 10, and a second connector 15 for cooperation with the base 7. The fluid supply cups are connected by a locking seal 13 to complete the fluid communication channel, and the locking seal 13 may take a variety of forms to fit the adapter form of the fluid supply cups. The insertion tube 14 is inserted into the first connection portion 10, sealed with the fluid inlet 4 by the end of the insertion tube 14, and connected with the passage 11 by the second connection portion 15 to fixedly connect the sealing connection member 6 with the base 7.
And a positioning table 16 is arranged on the sealing connecting piece 6 inserted between the pipe body 14 and the second connecting part 15, the positioning table 16 is matched with the inner wall of the basin-type joint 2, and the outer surface of the positioning table 16 is attached to the inner wall of the basin-type joint 2, so that the sealing connecting piece 6 is connected with the first connecting part 10 more stably. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first locking portion 8 includes a locking arm 22 fixedly connected to the base 6 and a lip 19 located on the locking arm 22 and protruding in the axial direction of the base 6, and may be referred to as a claw. The second locking portion 9 is a projection 20 extending along the circumferential direction of the base 6, the lower surface of the projection 20 is higher than the upper surface of the lip 19, the projection 20 and the lip 19 form a locking opening, in the locking state, the lower surface of the projection 20 is tightly clamped with the upper surface of the extension portion of the corresponding spiral piece 3, and the side surface of the projection 20 is clamped with the tip end of the bayonet 5, thereby having a limiting function. More preferably, the base 7 is cylindrical, and the two first locking portions 8 and the two second locking portions 9 are arranged in a central symmetry.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the end of the insertion tube 14 is provided with a tapered sealing surface 21, the tapered sealing surface 21 is adapted to the liquid inlet 4 of the first connecting portion 10, and the tapered sealing surface 21 and the liquid inlet 4 complete the sealing of the fluid flowing in the fluid flow path.
