A holder 100 for a tobacco rod 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1-8, according to the holder 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the cigarette rod 200 includes a housing 201 having an insertion opening, the holder 100 is disposed in the housing 201, and the housing 201 may be provided with an air intake 202. The microphone comprises a support 100, a holding cavity 10 provided with a microphone 300, the microphone 300 installed in the holding cavity 10, an air inlet channel 11 communicated with the holding cavity 10 and provided in the support 100, an air flow channel 12 communicated with the outside air of the support 100 and provided in the outer peripheral wall of the support 100, a first opening 15 provided in the outer peripheral wall of the support 100, one end of the first opening 15 communicated with the air flow channel 12, and the other end of the first opening 15 communicated with the air inlet channel 11, further, the air flow channel 12 may be configured as an annular structure, it can also be understood that the support 100 is provided with an annular air flow channel 12, the air flow channel 12 extends in the circumferential direction of the support 100, one side of the air inlet channel 11 facing the insertion opening is blocked, that is, one end of the air inlet channel 11 facing the insertion opening is blocked, and the air inlet channel 11 is communicated with the air flow channel 12.
Further, the tobacco rod 200 may be disposed on the electronic cigarette, that is, the tobacco rod 200 constitutes the structure of the electronic cigarette. When a user sucks the electronic cigarette, gas flows into the housing from the gas inlet 202 on the housing 201, then the gas in the housing flows into the gas inlet channel 11 from the air flow channel 12 and the first opening 15, and then the gas in the gas inlet channel 11 flows into the holding cavity 10. Therefore, one side of the air inlet channel 11 facing the insertion opening is blocked, namely the air inlet channel 11 is arranged in the support 100, so that liquid and mist can be prevented from flowing into the microphone 300 of the electronic cigarette through the air inlet channel 11, the electronic cigarette can be prevented from being damaged by oil immersion of devices, the air passage of the microphone 300 can be prevented from being blocked, and the functionality of the electronic cigarette can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the depth direction of the first opening 15 is perpendicular to the depth direction of the air intake channel 11, so that a corner can be formed at the junction of the first opening 15 and the air intake channel 11, and liquid (smoke) and mist can be prevented from flowing into the air intake channel 11 from the first opening 15.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the air inlet channel 11 penetrates through an end surface of the bracket 100 facing the insertion opening, and the bracket 100 may further include a blocking piece 14, and the blocking piece 14 blocks one end of the air inlet channel 11 at the insertion opening. Further, an end surface of the holder 100 facing the insertion port may be provided with a through hole 13 communicating with the intake passage 11, the through hole 13 being configured as a structure of the intake passage 11, and a blocking piece 14 cooperating with the through hole 13 to block the through hole 13. Wherein, because inlet channel 11 sets up inside support 100, through setting up through-hole 13, can be convenient for set up inlet channel 11 in support 100 is inside, can promote inlet channel 11's machining efficiency, thereby can reduce inlet channel 11's the processing degree of difficulty, and, through setting up shutoff piece 14 shutoff through-hole 13, can prevent that liquid (tobacco tar) and fog from flowing into inlet channel 11, can avoid liquid (tobacco tar) and fog to flow into and hold chamber 10 in, thereby can further prevent the interior device immersion oil damage of miaow head 300, also can further prevent the air flue blockage of miaow head 300, can guarantee the functional of electron cigarette.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the through hole 13 and the air inlet channel 11 are coaxially arranged, that is, the central axis of the through hole 13 and the central axis of the air inlet channel 11 are collinear, which can further facilitate the arrangement of the air inlet channel 11 inside the bracket 100, and can further improve the processing efficiency of the air inlet channel 11, thereby further reducing the processing difficulty of the air inlet channel 11, and further improving the production efficiency of the bracket 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the blocking piece 14 is in an interference fit with the air intake channel 11, and further, the blocking piece 14 is in an interference fit with the through hole 13, so that the blocking piece 14 can be stably installed in the through hole 13, and the blocking piece 14 can be prevented from being removed from the through hole 13, so that liquid (smoke) and mist can be prevented from flowing into the air intake channel 11 from the through hole 13, and the service life of the microphone 300 can be prolonged. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the plugging member 14 may be mounted in the through hole 13 by another mounting method as long as it functions in the same manner as the interference mounting method.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8, an end surface of the bracket 100 facing the insertion opening may be provided with an air cavity 20, the air cavity 20 is communicated with the air flow channel 12, wherein the air flows into the air flow channel 12 after flowing into the housing from an air inlet 202 on the housing 201, and then the air in the air flow channel 12 flows into the air cavity 20 from the air flow channel 12. It should be noted that, the electron cigarette still includes the cigarette bullet, and gas back in the air cavity 20 is flowed into to gas in the air cavity 20 can flow into the cigarette bullet, and the gas and the tobacco tar that flow into in the cigarette bullet mix and burn to can guarantee in sufficient gas flows into the cigarette bullet, and then can guarantee the operational reliability of electron cigarette.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the outer peripheral wall of the bracket 100 may further be provided with a second opening 16, one end of the second opening 16 is communicated with the air flow channel 12, the other end of the second opening 16 is communicated with the air cavity 20, and the second opening 16 is communicated with the air flow channel 12 and the air cavity 20, so that the communication effect between the air flow channel 12 and the air inlet channel 11, and between the air flow channel 12 and the air cavity 20 can be achieved, and the air can be ensured to flow into the air inlet channel 11 and into the air cavity 20. And, the first opening 15 and the second opening 16 may be disposed opposite to each other, wherein the bottom wall of the air flow channel 12 may be provided with the first opening 15 and the second opening 16, the air flow channel 12 is configured as an annular flow channel, the depth direction of the air flow channel 12 is the same as the radial direction of the bracket 100, the air flow channel 12 is recessed into the bracket 100 toward the inside of the bracket 100 in the radial direction of the bracket 100, and the first opening 15 and the second opening 16 are disposed opposite to each other in the radial direction of the bracket 100, so that the first opening 15 and the second opening 16 are separated, and the smoke and the mist can be effectively prevented from flowing into the microphone 300 from the second opening 16, the first opening 15 and the air inlet channel 11 in sequence.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the opening area of the first opening 15 is the same as the opening area of the second opening 16, so that the amount of gas flowing into the air intake passage 11 and the air cavity 20 per unit time can be ensured to be appropriate, the working performance of the tobacco rod 200 can be ensured, and the first opening 15 and the second opening 16 can be made the same in size, which facilitates the arrangement of the first opening 15 and the second opening 16, thereby saving the development cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the outer circumferential wall of the bracket 100 may be provided with an annular stop rib 30, the stop rib 30 is located on a side of the air flow passage 12 facing the insertion opening, and the stop rib 30 is in contact with the inner circumferential wall of the housing 201. After the stopping ribs 30 contact with the inner peripheral wall of the housing 201, the stopping ribs 30 can seal the gap between the support 100 and the inner peripheral wall of the housing 201, so that the smoke oil and the mist can be prevented from flowing into the air flow channel 12 from the gap between the support 100 and the inner peripheral wall of the housing 201, and further the smoke oil and the mist can be prevented from flowing into the air inlet channel 11 from the first opening 15, and further the smoke oil and the mist can be prevented from flowing to the microphone 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the outer circumferential wall of the bracket 100 may further be provided with an annular groove 40, the groove 40 is used for accommodating the sealing ring 50, as shown in fig. 4, the stopping rib 30 may be disposed above the air flow channel 12, the groove 40 may be disposed below the air flow channel 12, after the sealing ring 50 is installed in the groove 40, the sealing ring 50 contacts the inner wall of the housing 201, and the sealing ring 50 may seal a gap between the bracket 100 and the inner wall of the housing 201, so that it is ensured that the gas flowing into the air flow channel 12 flows into the air inlet channel 11 and the air cavity 20.
Specifically, when a user sucks the electronic cigarette, external air of the electronic cigarette flows into the air flow channel 12 from the air inlet 202 on the housing 201, air in the air flow channel 12 flows into the air inlet channel 11 from the first opening 15, and air in the air flow channel 12 flows into the air cavity 20 from the second opening 16, wherein the air flowing into the air cavity 20 flows into the cartridge and is mixed with smoke oil in the cartridge for combustion, the air flowing into the air inlet channel 11 flows into the containing cavity 10, and after the microphone 300 in the containing cavity 10 senses the air in the containing cavity 10, the microphone 300 controls the circuit board in the electronic cigarette to send a signal to the heater in the cartridge, controls the heater to work, so that the smoke oil and the air in the cartridge are mixed and combusted, and achieves the smoke extraction function of the electronic cigarette.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a tobacco rod 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing 201 and a support 100. The housing 201 is provided with an air intake 202. The holder 100 is the holder 100 for the cigarette rod 200 of the above embodiment, and the air intake hole 202 communicates with the air flow passage 12. Wherein, the tobacco rod 200 can be set up on the electron cigarette, when the user smoked the electron cigarette, the outside gas of electron cigarette flowed into air flow channel 12 from inlet port 202 on shell 201, the gas in the air flow channel 12 flowed into inlet channel 11 from first opening 15, the gas in the air flow channel 12 flowed into in the air cavity 20 from second opening 16 simultaneously, wherein, hold behind the miaow head 300 in the chamber 10 sensed the gas that holds in the chamber 10, miaow head 300 control electron cigarette inside circuit board send the signal for the inside heater of cigarette bullet, control heater work makes the tobacco tar in the cigarette bullet and gas mixed combustion, realize the smoking function of electron cigarette.
In addition, by blocking one side of the air inlet channel 11 facing the insertion opening, liquid and mist can be prevented from flowing into the microphone 300 of the electronic cigarette through the air inlet channel 11, oil immersion damage to devices in the electronic cigarette can be prevented, air channel blockage of the microphone 300 can also be prevented, and therefore functionality of the electronic cigarette can be guaranteed.
