Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-3.
The embodiment of the application discloses a die casting die for a magnesium alloy stage lamp bottom box.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a die casting die of a magnesium alloy stage lamp bottom case comprises an upper die 1 and a heating block 2, wherein the upper die 1 is provided with an injection port 11. The heating block 2 is connected to the inner wall of the inlet port 22 of the upper die 1, and the heating block 2 is provided with a gate 21 for passing the solution. When the solution is injected into the mould, the heating block 2 is utilized to enable the temperature near the pouring gate 21 to be higher and more stable, so that the risk of premature solidification of the solution at the position of the pouring gate 21 is reduced, and the risk of incomplete filling of the magnesium alloy stage bottom box in the manufacturing process is further reduced.
In this embodiment, a wire (not shown) is provided in the heating block 2, and the heating block 2 is heated by conduction of electricity through the wire.
The heating block 2 is made of materials with high temperature resistance and good heat conduction performance, such as silica gel, silicon carbide, epoxy resin and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, further, a step block 3 is disposed in the heating block 2, the step block 3 is connected to an inner wall of the gate 21, and a gap for a solution to pass through is formed between the step block 3 and the inner wall of the gate 21, so that a certain flow guiding and buffering effect is achieved by using the step block 3, the solution injection speed is relatively stable, and the molding quality of the bottom box is ensured.
In this embodiment, the heating block 2 and the step block 3 are integrally formed, so that the step block 3 to which the heating block 2 is attached is manufactured.
It will be appreciated that where the step block 3 is provided, the wires extend into the step block 3 to further reduce the risk of premature solidification of the solution at the location of the gate 21.
In the present embodiment, the step block 3 has a guide surface 31, and the guide surface 31 is defined with an inner wall of the gate 21 at a distance. Both ends of the guide surface 31 are connected to the inner wall of the gate 21, and the guide surface 31 forms an obtuse angle with the rubber of the inner wall of the gate 21, so that the solution is not easy to gather at the position where the guide surface 31 intersects with the inner wall of the gate 21, and the risk of solidification of the solution at the position of the gate 21 is further reduced.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 1 is as follows: when the magnesium alloy stage lamp bottom box is formed, the solution is injected into the die from the position of the pouring gate 21, and the heating block 2 is electrified, so that the heating block 2 has a higher temperature, and the risk that the solution solidifies near the pouring gate 21 of the heating block 2 is reduced.

The inlet opening 22 is for the heating medium to enter the heating chamber 24 and the outlet opening 23 is for the heating medium to exit the heating chamber 24. Thereby heating the heating block 2 by introducing the heating medium into the heating cavity 24, so that the temperature distribution of the heating block 2 is uniform and constant, and the production and the manufacture of the heating block 2 are facilitated.
In this embodiment, the heating chamber 24 is spirally arranged in the heating block 2, and further, uniformity of temperature distribution of the heating block 2 is ensured. It will be appreciated that the heating chamber 24 needs to extend into the step block 3.
In this embodiment, to facilitate the setting of the heating cavity 24, the heating block 2 and the step block 3 are manufactured by using a 3D printing technology.
Further, the outer wall of the heating block 2 is tightly abutted against the inner wall of the inlet 22, so that the heating block 2 can be detachably connected with the upper die 1, and the heating block 2 with the pouring gates 21 of different sizes can be conveniently replaced according to actual conditions.
