For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more apparent, embodiments of the present utility model will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment provides an automatic gluing device for wrapping paper in aerosol-generating articles, comprising: the needle type rubberizing head 11 is used for rubberizing and rubberizing; a gear pump 12 for controlling the glue outlet amount of the needle type glue applying head; a glue barrel 13 for storing glue solution and supplying the glue solution to the glue applying head; the platform 14 is used for bearing wrapping paper, and the needle type glue applying head is used for applying glue on the wrapping paper; a moisture retention barrel 15 for soaking the needle type glue applying head in a non-working state to prevent glue solution in the glue applying head from being solidified; a scraper 161 for cleaning residual glue on the needle type glue head; the needle type glue head can move along a first direction, a second direction and a third direction, wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are mutually perpendicular, a plane formed by the first direction and the second direction is parallel to the platform, the movement of the needle type glue head in the first direction and the second direction is driven by a motor 17, and the movement in the third direction is driven by an air cylinder 18, wherein the air cylinder 18 can be a triaxial air cylinder 181.
By adopting the technical scheme, the application realizes that the glue applying head is arranged in a movable mode, compared with a mode of enabling the wrapping paper to move and the glue applying head to be fixed, the application has more accurate structure position control, can conveniently design different moving tracks of the glue applying head, and can realize more complex glue applying patterns. Moreover, as the gluing head 11 can move, the gluing of wrapping paper with different sizes can be adapted only by controlling the moving distance of the gluing head.
The needle type glue applying head 11 is adopted, and the accurate control of the glue outlet amount can be realized by being matched with the driving of the gear pump 12. However, in the process of sizing, the inner diameter of the needle-type sizing head 11 is small, the sizing amount is small, and the blockage is easily caused by the drying of the glue in the needle head. Therefore, by arranging the lubrication barrel 15, the needle type glue head 11 is immersed in the lubrication barrel to prevent glue from solidifying when no glue is applied, and the scraper 161 is matched to remove redundant glue at the needle head, so that the glue solidification at the outlet of the needle head can be reduced. In addition, the needle type glue head 11 is designed to be movable, so that the needle type glue head 11 can be conveniently moved to a glue applying position for glue applying, then moved to the position of the lubrication preserving container 15 for soaking, and moved to a proper position for cleaning of the scraping plate 161.
Further, during the non-working state of the automatic gluing device, the gear pump 12 controls the needle type gluing head to send out part of glue so as to prevent the glue solution in the gluing head from solidifying.
Furthermore, the movement of the glue applying head in the first direction and the second direction is driven by motor control, so that the movement in the first direction and the second direction can be controlled accurately, the glue applying position of the glue applying head can reach other positions accurately, and the third direction is perpendicular to the platform, namely perpendicular to wrapping paper placed on the platform. The first direction is the x direction in fig. 1, corresponds to the length direction of the wrapping paper, the second direction is the y direction in fig. 1, corresponds to the width direction of the wrapping paper, the third direction is the z direction in fig. 1, and the third direction is perpendicular to the platform, specifically, for example, the vertical direction in fig. 1, when the needle type glue applying head 11 moves in place, the glue applying head only needs to move once in the third direction, for example, the glue applying head falls once, so that motor control is not needed, and the cost is saved. In addition, as the needle type glue applying head 11 is still easy to dry after being moved out of the moisture-preserving barrel 15, after the needle type glue applying head 11 is precisely moved in place, the triaxial cylinder 181 drives the needle type glue applying head 11 to rapidly move to a proper height above wrapping paper, the moving speed is high, the time is saved, and therefore the drying of the glue in the glue applying head is further avoided. Therefore, the automatic gluing device provided by the application can prevent the blockage caused by dry glue of the needle gluing head 11 from multiple directions under the condition of ensuring accurate control of the gluing position and accurate control of the gluing amount, and ensures stable and efficient operation of the whole automatic gluing device.
When the device is in operation, the gear pump 12 is opened to provide efficient and stable liquid delivery for the glue. When the automatic glue applying device stops operating, the gear pump 12 is closed, and glue solution discharge and delivery are stopped.
Further, the needle caliber of the needle type rubberizing head 11 is 0.2-2.0mm. The accurate control of the glue output can be ensured, and the problem that glue dripping is easy to occur in the movement process of the glue feeding head caused by overlarge caliber of the needle can be avoided. Meanwhile, the blockage caused by the drying of the glue in the needle head with too small caliber can be avoided. Preferably, the needle caliber of the needle type rubberizing head is 0.5-1.0mm.
Before the diameter of the needle head is selected, the factors such as the size of the sizing amount, the viscosity of the glue, the solid content and the like are comprehensively considered, and the glue with large sizing amount, large viscosity and high solid content is required to be selected. The glue applying head diameter is selected by comprehensively considering the glue amount, the viscosity of the glue, the solid content and other factors, and the glue applying speed is adjusted at the same time, so that the glue applying amount can be controlled more accurately.
Further, the automatic gluing device comprises an original station 21, a cleaning station 22 and a working station 23, the needle gluing head can be respectively moved to the original station 21, the cleaning station 22 and the working station 23, and the needle gluing head 11 is soaked in the moistening barrel 15 on the original station 21; the needle type glue applying head 11 cleans redundant residual glue solution on the glue applying head through a scraping plate 161 on a cleaning station 22; the needle type rubberizing head 11 carries out liquid discharge test on the cleaning station 22; the needle glue head 11 glues the wrapping paper at the work station 23. Namely, the automatic gluing device disclosed by the application realizes the procedures of soaking, cleaning, liquid discharge test and gluing respectively by moving the needle-type gluing head among different stations. The design of 3 stations of the rubberizing head ensures that the rubberizing head is not blocked, and the rubberizing head is clean and does not leak glue in the rubberizing process.
When the needle type rubberizing head 11 is positioned at the original station 21, the needle type rubberizing head 11 is soaked in the moisture-preserving barrel 15, the parts, except the parts, connected with the needle type rubberizing head 11, of the moisture-preserving barrel 15 are fully sealed, and only a plurality of small openings matched with the caliber of the needle head of the needle type rubberizing head are exposed for insertion when the needle type rubberizing head 11 is reset. Further, the needle type glue applying head is in sealing connection with the moisture preserving barrel 15 during soaking. The moisture-preserving barrel 15 is filled with the same glue as the glue barrel 13, and the glue can be enabled to overflow the needle head when the needle type glue applying head 11 is inserted in a resetting mode, so that the glue in the needle is ensured not to be solidified and blocked. Further, the needle glue head 11 is at the original station 21 and is not in operation, and at intervals of, for example, 5 minutes, the needle glue is kept smoothly flowing through by the draining operation, and the draining amount is, for example, 5mL. Still further, the moisture retention tub 15 is in communication with the glue tub 13 through a pipe. The original station 21 is set to a station when the apparatus is in a stopped state or when it is not in an operating state for a long time. When the device is not in operation or is stopped for a long time, the needle type glue head 11 is automatically reset to the original station 21. For example, the device stops applying glue for 10 minutes and the glue head is reset to the original station 21.
After the needle type glue head 11 finishes the original station 21, the needle type glue head enters a cleaning station 22 to clean the redundant glue solution on the needle type glue head 11. The cleaning station 22 is adjacent to the home station 21. Since the pin head 11 is attached with the excessive glue when it comes out of the moisture-retaining barrel 15 in the original station 21, the cleaning station 22 is provided with one or more scraping plates 161 for scraping the excessive residual glue on the pin head 11. In addition, a piece of wet cloth is attached to the blade 161, and can be used to wipe the applicator head 11 more conveniently and softly. Through the cleaning treatment of the cleaning station 22, excessive glue carried on the surface of the needle-type glue applicator head 11 is avoided, and the glue drips during the operation of the device.
When the needle type glue head 11 enters the cleaning station 22, the needle type glue head 11 performs a liquid discharge test. Namely, the glue is discharged from the needle type glue feeding head 11 according to the set quantity, and an operator can intuitively observe the glue discharge quantity, namely the glue discharge quantity, the glue discharge speed, whether the glue is solidified or not and the like, so that the operator can judge whether the glue discharge condition meets the glue feeding requirement or not. The cleaning station 22 may include a waste bin 162 for receiving waste glue solution as it exits.
In other embodiments, the cleaning station 22 may perform both cleaning and draining functions, or may be separate into separate cleaning and draining stations.
When the needle type glue head 11 is located at the working station 23, the needle type glue head 11 is located at the wrapping paper for gluing, and the needle type glue head 11 is used for normal working and gluing and moves according to a specific route. The needle type glue head 11 can enter a cleaning station 22 from a primary station 21 and then directly enter a working station 23 for working. The needle type glue head 11 can also enter a cleaning station 22 from an original station 21 for cleaning, then enter the cleaning station 22 for liquid discharge test, and finally enter a working station 23 for normal working.
In the above embodiments, the automatic gluing device further includes a stepping motor 171 and a screw motor 172, the stepping motor 171 is used for driving the needle gluing head 11 to move in the first direction, and the screw motor 172 is used for driving the needle gluing head 11 to move in the second direction.
Since the position of the needle type glue head 11 on the wrapping paper needs to be precisely controlled in the automatic glue applying process, the needle type glue head 11 is driven by a motor instead of a cylinder to perform displacement in the first direction and the second direction. Further, since the first direction coincides with the length direction of the wrapping paper placed on the stage, the second direction coincides with the width direction of the wrapping paper placed on the stage. The length of the paper in the second direction is smaller than that in the first direction, so that the driving control of the needle type glue head 11 in the second direction should be more accurate. Since the screw motor 172 is more suitable for precise control than the stepping motor 171, the stepping motor 171 is used to drive the needle type applicator head 11 to move in the first direction, and the screw motor 172 is used to drive the needle type applicator head 11 to move in the second direction. The method is realized by designing a displacement path of a first direction and a second direction (and/or a third direction) and controlling the rubberizing amount of each rubberizing head according to a rubberizing scheme with special requirements. For partially air permeable forming papers, the air permeable area needs to be avoided during sizing.
In the above embodiments, the control of the needle type glue head 11 in the third direction, i.e., the control in the vertical direction, employs the triaxial cylinder 181. On the one hand, because the needle type glue head 11 only needs to move at two positions in the third direction, namely, the first height extending into the lubrication barrel 15 and the second height leaving the lubrication barrel 15, the first height extending into the lubrication barrel 15 is set to be consistent with the working position and the height during glue application, and the triaxial cylinder 181 is adopted to control the movement enough to meet the two positions, so that the needle type glue head has more economy compared with a motor. In the second aspect, after the needle type glue head 11 leaves from the moisture-keeping barrel 15, the needle type glue head 11 needs to quickly enter other stations, and the air cylinder 18 can quickly move the needle type glue head 11. The displacement of the needle applicator head in the third direction is thus set to be driven by the cylinder 18.
Further, the automatic glue applying apparatus further includes a cleaning tub 163 for collecting the residual glue scraped by the scraper 161. The residual glue solution enters the cleaning barrel 163, and the volume of the cleaning barrel 163 is larger, so that the frequency of pouring the glue solution is reduced, and the convenience of operation is improved.
Still further, a waste cartridge 162 and a waste cup 164 are provided in the cleaning barrel 163, and the waste cartridge 162 is positioned above the waste cup 164 to communicate with the waste cup 164 through a hole in the waste cartridge 162. The waste bin 162 is used to collect waste glue and prevent counter top soiling. The waste cup 164 is communicated with the waste box 162, and the waste cup 164 is used for storing glue solution waste, so that the effect of reducing the dumping times of the waste box 162 is achieved.
In the above embodiments, the proximity sensor 101 is provided on the base of the waste cup 164 for preventing the needle-type glue head 11 from colliding with the waste cup 164. When the needle head 11 approaches the waste cup 164, the proximity sensor 101 gives a prompt or automatically controls the motor and/or the air cylinder 18 so that the needle head 11 is away from the waste cup 164, avoiding collisions.
Further, the top cover of the lubrication barrel 15 is provided with a hole 151 which is matched with the size of the needle type glue applying head 11, and the rest part of the lubrication barrel 15 is in a closed state. When the needle type glue head 11 is positioned at the original station 21, the needle type glue head 11 enters the lubrication barrel 15 through the hole 151 on the lubrication barrel 15, and is further soaked in the lubrication barrel 15. The rest parts of the moisture-preserving barrel 15 except the holes 151 are kept in a closed state, so that the glue solution in the moisture-preserving barrel 15 is prevented from drying up, or solid glue blocks are generated to block the needle-type glue applying head 11.
In the above embodiments, the moisture retention barrel 15 is in communication with the glue barrel 13 through a pipe. The glue barrel 13 stably and continuously supplements glue solution to the lubrication barrel 15, so that the lubrication barrel 15 can have enough glue solution under the original station 21, and the needle type glue applying head 11 can be stably soaked in the lubrication barrel 15 to prevent the needle type glue applying head 11 from being blocked.
Further, in each of the above embodiments, the number of the needle type glue heads 11 is two or more. Through setting up a plurality of needle rubberizing heads, realize that many rubberizing heads glue in step, improved automatic rubberizing device's work efficiency on the one hand, on the other hand also increased the rubberizing area, improved the bonding degree of shaping paper.
Further, the platform 14 is provided with a negative pressure area 141 for adsorbing and fixing the wrapping paper. The negative pressure region 141 may be in the form of a negative pressure port or one or more negative pressure holes. Furthermore, a plurality of negative pressure holes are selected for adsorption, so that the wrapping paper can be more firmly fixed, and the phenomenon that the gluing pattern is deviated due to displacement of the wrapping paper in the gluing process is avoided.
Further, in the above embodiments, the automatic gluing device further includes a first rail 191 and a second rail 192, the first rail 191 extends along a first direction, the second rail 192 extends along a second direction, and the needle-type gluing head moves along the first rail 191 and the second rail 192. The first rail 191 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wrapping paper, and the second rail 192 is parallel to the width direction of the wrapping paper. The needle type glue head 11 is controlled to move along the first rail 191 by the stepping motor 171, and the automatic glue applying device is controlled to apply glue in the length direction of the wrapping paper. The needle type glue head 11 is controlled to move along the second track 192 by the screw motor 172, and the automatic glue applicator is controlled to glue in the width direction of the wrapping paper. Thereby precisely controlling the gluing track of the needle gluing head 11 and realizing gluing of precise patterns.
In the above embodiments, the needle type glue head is detachable. When the automatic gluing device does not work, the needle type gluing head can be detached for cleaning and maintenance.
Furthermore, the automatic gluing device disclosed by the utility model is mainly used for gluing the cut wrapping paper with a certain length-width ratio, and is also suitable for forming paper, cigarette paper, tipping paper and the like. Because wrapping paper can adsorb on platform 14, when the length and width size and the proportion of wrapping paper need be changed, only need with the wrapping paper of other sizes adsorb on platform 14 can, to the problem of changing wrapping paper size, need not to change the mechanical structure of changing automatic rubberizing device, the application scope of device is wider.
The embodiment of the utility model also discloses an automatic gluing method, which adopts the automatic gluing device and comprises the following steps: original soaking: immersing the needle type rubberizing head 11 in the moisture retention barrel 15; cleaning: cleaning residual glue on the needle type glue head 11 by utilizing the scraping plate 161; work: and placing the wrapping paper at the gluing position of the platform 14, moving the needle type gluing head 11 to the gluing position, and gluing the wrapping paper through the movement of the needle type gluing head 11. By the automatic gluing method, more complex gluing patterns can be realized on the wrapping paper, and accurate and quantitative gluing is realized.
Further, between the cleaning step and the working step, there is also included: liquid discharge: the gear pump 12 was started, and a liquid discharge test was performed on the needle type applicator head 11. The liquid discharge is used for facilitating operators to observe the glue outlet condition of the automatic glue applying device, timely and accurately judging and adjusting the glue outlet quantity and the glue outlet speed, and facilitating accurate glue application.
Further, during the non-working state of the automatic gluing device, the needle-type gluing head is placed in the moisture-preserving barrel so as to prevent the glue solution in the gluing head from solidifying.
Further, during the non-working state of the automatic gluing device, the needle type gluing head is controlled by the gear pump to discharge part of glue so as to prevent the glue solution in the gluing head from being solidified.
The utility model will now be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof in connection with the accompanying drawings.

(2) The stepping motor 171 drives the synchronous belt mechanism 193 to operate, and simultaneously the gluing screw motor 172 operates to drive the needle gluing head 11 to reach the working station 23.
(3) The three-axis gluing cylinder 181 descends, the gear pump 12 operates, the needle gluing head 11 discharges glue, and gluing of wrapping paper begins.
(4) After the sizing is completed, the triaxial cylinder 181 is lifted, the gear pump 12 stops running, and the needle-type sizing head 11 stops sizing.
