The embodiment of the application discloses a quick-assembly backrest frame, which comprises a frame main body 1, connecting pieces 21 and elastic pieces 9, wherein at least two connecting pieces 21 are arranged on the frame main body 1, the elastic pieces 9 are connected between any two connecting pieces 21, and the connecting pieces 21 are provided with connecting parts 213 for connecting the elastic pieces 9.
In this embodiment, the two connecting pieces 21 are disposed and distributed along the height direction of the frame body 1, so that for convenience of description, the two connecting pieces 21 are respectively referred to as a first connecting piece 211 and a second connecting piece 212, specifically, the first connecting piece 211 is mounted on the top of the frame body 1, and the second connecting piece 212 is mounted on the bottom of the frame body 1, so that the elastic piece 9 can provide a complete supporting effect for the back of the user along the height direction of the frame body 1 after being connected between the two connecting pieces 21, and in this embodiment, the elastic piece 9 adopts a serpentine spring.
In other embodiments, the number of the connection members 21 and the positions of the connection members 21 mounted on the frame body 1 can be customized according to the user's needs, and the elastic members 9 between the connection members 21 can be provided for a specific position of the user's back. Specifically, the connecting members 21 are provided with three or more connecting members 21 in the height direction of the frame body 1, and the elastic member 9 can be connected between any two connecting members 21 according to the user's need.
As for the connection relationship between the connection member 21 and the connection portion 213, referring to fig. 3 to 6, the present application provides the following embodiments:
Example 1
The connecting portion 213 is integrally formed with the connecting member 21, and the common integral forming method is extrusion molding and blow molding, but is not limited to the above two processes, and the connecting portion 213 and the connecting member 21 are generally but not limited to using a profile or plastic material.
In addition, the connecting piece 21 is integrally in a strip shape, and a plurality of connecting portions 213 can be arranged along the length direction of the connecting piece 21 so as to connect a plurality of elastic pieces 9, in this embodiment, after the connecting piece 21 and the connecting portions 213 are integrally formed and produced, a plurality of connecting portions 213 can be punched through a punching process, and the number of the connecting portions 213 and the intervals between the connecting portions 213 can be customized and punched according to the installation requirements of the actual elastic pieces 9.
In this embodiment, the blanking of the connecting portion 213 may be performed on the assembly site, and the position and the number of the connecting portion 213 may be flexibly adjusted, so that the applicability is strong.
Example two
The connecting part 213 and the connecting piece 21 are detachably and fixedly connected, namely, the connecting part 213 and the connecting piece 21 are two independent parts, and can be independently packed and transported before and after disassembly. Specifically, the detachable connection between the connection portion 213 and the connection member 21 may be, but not limited to, joggle, scarf, pre-buried, or bolt connection.
The detachable connection mode generally needs to preset mortises, embedded holes or embedded grooves and the like (not shown) for connection on the connecting piece 21, and can be prefabricated in the factory production process, so that the on-site processing is reduced, and the installation is simpler and more convenient.
Example III
The connecting part 213 and the connecting piece 21 are fixedly connected in a non-detachable mode, namely, the connecting part 213 and the connecting piece 21 are two independent parts before installation, and the connecting part 213 and the connecting piece 21 are not separated after installation or can only be separated in a mode of destroying the connecting structure. Specifically, the common non-detachable connection manner includes welding, bonding, and the like, and it should be noted that the bonding connection is to use solid glue or the like to adhesively connect the connection portion 213 and the connection member 21, and if the glued connection portion 213 is separated from the connection member 21, the solid glue needs to be destroyed, so the bonding manner is also defined as the non-detachable connection manner.
The non-detachable connection mode not only can be used for on-site customized connection, has high installation flexibility and good connection strength, but also can not cause excessive waste on materials of the connecting piece 21 and the connecting part 213.
The different connecting members 21 and the connecting portions 213 thereon may be connected in different connection manners, and in general, in order to facilitate the production and processing, all the connecting members 21 and the connecting portions 213 may be connected in any one of the three embodiments.
In a further arrangement, the connection portion 213 has a displacement margin for the elastic member 9 to move. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 213 is provided with a through hole 2131 for connecting the end portion of the elastic member 9, the through hole 2131 is in a strip shape, when the elastic member 9 is pressed by the back of the user, the end portion of the elastic member 9 moves along the through hole 2131 to extend the elastic member 9, so as to better fit the back of the user, avoid the concave portion of the elastic member 9, which is pressed by the back of the user, to influence the use experience, and in addition, the connecting portion 213 can be hollowed out for lightening.
In another embodiment, the connecting portion 213 is provided with the through groove 2132, so that the end portion of the elastic member 9 can be directly hung on the connecting portion 213 from the notch of the through groove 2132, the installation is more convenient and quick, and the anti-falling portion 2133 is arranged at the notch, so that the situation that the elastic member 9 is separated from the notch is reduced, and the reliability is improved. It should be noted that the connecting portion 213 needs to have a certain elasticity, when the elastic member 9 is hung in the through groove 2132, the elastic member 9 needs to be pressed to push away the anti-falling portion 2133 to elastically deform until the elastic member 9 is hung in the through groove 2132, and if the elastic member 9 is to be separated from the through groove 2132, the force generated by the elastic deformation of the anti-falling portion 2133 needs to be overcome.
For the frame body 1, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the connecting member 21 is fixedly installed between the two mounting members 11 to form a backrest frame, and the connecting member 21 abuts against the mounting members 11 to limit movement of the connecting member 21 relative to the mounting members 11 in the first direction. In this embodiment, the left and right ends of the connecting member 21 are fixedly connected to the two connecting members 21, respectively, and the left and right ends of the connecting member 21 are abutted against the connecting member 21 to restrict the movement of the connecting member 21 in the left and right directions.
Further, the left and right directions of the backrest frame are taken as X directions, the up and down directions are taken as Z directions, and the front and back directions are taken as Y directions, wherein the X direction is the first direction, and the abutting action of the connecting piece 21 and the mounting piece 11 achieves the effect of limiting the freedom degree of movement of the connecting piece 21 along the X direction and the freedom degree of rotation around the Y direction and the Z direction, so that the stability and the reliability of the connection of the connecting piece 21 and the mounting piece 11 are ensured.
Further, the following three embodiments are provided specifically for further setting the degrees of freedom of movement of the link 21 in the Y direction and the Z direction and the degrees of freedom of rotation about the X direction, and the stability and reliability of the connection structure can be further improved.
Embodiment one:
The mounting member 11 is provided with a plug member 5 and the connecting member 21 is provided with a jack 6 for plugging the plug member 5, or the connecting member 21 is provided with the plug member 5 and the mounting member 11 is provided with the jack 6 for plugging the plug member 5, wherein plug-in cooperation between the mounting member 11 and the connecting member 21 limits the movement of the connecting member 21 relative to the mounting member 11 along a vertical first direction, and the rotation of the connecting member 21 relative to the mounting member 11 around the first direction, namely, the plug-in cooperation limits the movement of the connecting member 21 relative to the mounting member 11 along the Y direction and the Z direction, and simultaneously limits the rotation of the connecting member 21 around the X direction, so that the abutting action of the connecting member 21 and the mounting member 11 is matched, and six degrees of freedom of the connecting member 21 are limited.
It should be noted that the plug 5 and the socket 6 are not generally cylindrical, so as to avoid the connector 21 from easily rotating relative to the mounting member 11 after plugging.
Embodiment two:
The mounting piece 11 and the connecting piece 21 are fixedly connected through the fastening piece 7, wherein the connection direction of the fastening piece 7 is consistent with the first direction so as to limit the movement of the connecting piece 21 relative to the mounting piece 11 along the vertical first direction and limit the rotation of the connecting piece 21 relative to the mounting piece 11 around the first direction, and the six degrees of freedom of the connecting piece 21 are limited by the abutting action of the connecting piece 21 and the mounting piece 11.
It should be noted that, as one type of fastener 7, the bolt is used to fasten the connecting piece 21 and the mounting piece 11 by adopting an interference fit, and in an embodiment, the bolt is generally not used in a cylinder shape, so as to avoid that the connecting piece 21 is easy to rotate relative to the mounting piece 11 after the bolt is inserted and fastened.
Embodiment III:
The mounting member 11 further has an abutment 111 for abutting against the connecting member 21 to limit movement of the connecting member 21 relative to the mounting member 11 in a first direction perpendicular thereto and to limit rotation of the connecting member 21 relative to the mounting member 11 about the first direction.
It should be noted that the abutment portion 111 is required to limit the abutment of the connector 21 from four directions, i.e., the positive and negative directions in the Y direction and the positive and negative directions in the Z direction, and limit six degrees of freedom of the connector 21 in cooperation with the abutment action of the connector 21 and the mount 11.
In other embodiments, any two or three of the above three embodiments may be combined for application, and when two or more embodiments are combined for application, the plug connector 5 and the jack 6 may be cylindrical plug according to practical situations, and the fastener 7 may also be a cylindrical plug, and two or more of the three embodiments are combined for excessively limiting the degree of freedom of the connector 21, so as to ensure stability and connection reliability of the connector 21.
In this embodiment, the first connector 211 and the second connector 212 are limited in degree of freedom by a combination of the above three embodiments. Specifically, the left and right ends of the connecting piece 21 are respectively abutted against the two mounting pieces 11, the jack 6 is formed in the connecting piece 21, the plug piece 5 which is plugged into the jack 6 is arranged on the mounting piece 11, the plug piece 5 is contacted with the front and back side walls of the jack 6 along the Y direction and the front and back side walls along the Z direction so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the movement of the connecting piece 21 along the Y direction and the Z direction and rotating around the X direction, the fastening piece 7 adopts bolts, the connecting piece 21 is provided with the connecting hole 8, the mounting piece 11 is provided with the counter sink 10, the connecting hole 8 is opposite to the counter sink 10 along the X direction, the bolts are mounted in the connecting hole 8 from the X direction to fasten the connecting piece 21 and the mounting piece 11, the counter sink 10 is convenient for hiding the bolts and limiting the movement of the connecting piece 21 along the Y direction and the Z direction, the abutting part 111 is matched with the outer contour of the connecting piece 21, and the counter side surfaces of the connecting piece 21 along the Y direction and the Z direction can further limit the freedom degree of the connecting piece 21.
In addition, the connecting piece 21 is produced by adopting an extrusion molding process, the jack 6 of the connecting piece is molded along with the extrusion molding process, in the embodiment, the jack 6 penetrates through the connecting piece 21 along the X direction, the mounting piece 11 is produced by adopting a blow molding process, the plug piece 5 of the connecting piece is contoured to the contour of the inner wall of the jack 6 in the connecting piece 21, the abutting part 111 is contoured to the outer contour of the connecting piece 21, so that the plug fitting degree and the abutting fitting degree between the mounting piece 11 and the connecting piece 21 are improved, and the attention is paid to the fact that the plug piece 5 is contoured to the contour of the inner wall of the jack 6 and does not mean that the plug piece 5 is required to completely abut against the inner wall of the jack 6 when being plugged into the jack 6, but only needs to meet the requirement of limiting the movement of the connecting piece 21 along the Y direction and the Z direction.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a backrest, which comprises the quick-assembly backrest frame as shown in fig. 9 and 10. Specifically, a third connecting member 215 is further mounted on the frame body 1, and the third connecting member 215 is mounted at the middle of the frame body 1 in the height direction and is connected to the mounting member 11 by the combination of the second and third embodiments.
In addition, the surface cover 3 is connected between the second connecting piece 212 and the third connecting piece 215, the frame body 1 is covered by the surface cover 3, the soft bag 4 is arranged on the front surface of the surface cover 3 to provide better use experience for a user, the elastic piece 9 is supported on the inner side of the front surface of the surface cover 3, the back plate 22 is connected between the first connecting piece 211 and the third connecting piece 215 to support the inner side of the back surface of the surface cover 3, wrinkles and depressions of the surface cover 3 are reduced, and the aesthetic property is improved.
