The pressing portion 4 functions as a hair holding mechanism for holding the state where the hair is wound around the hair iron main body 31. As shown in fig. 1, the pressing portion 4 includes a pressing plate 41 and a finger rest 42.
The pressing plate 41 is provided so as to be able to approach and separate from the hair waving section 3, and is a plate-like member configured to press hair wound around the hair waving section 3 toward the hair waving section 3. The hair of the user can be curled by sandwiching the hair between the hair iron body 31 and the pressing plate 41 or by winding the hair around the hair iron body 31. As described above, since the light emitting portion 34 is provided at a position above (on the +y side in the drawing) the hair iron body 31, the light from the light emitting portion 34 can be efficiently irradiated to the hair even when the hair iron is interposed between the hair iron body 31 and the pressing plate 41.
Further, since the pressing plate 41 is formed of a good conductor of heat, the heat from the hair iron main body 31 can be transferred to the hair with good efficiency.
The finger rest 42 is a member for placing a finger, palm, or the like of a user for performing an operation of moving the pressing plate 41 toward or away from the hair waving section 3. A plurality of protrusions or grooves (concavities and convexities) are formed on the outer surface of the finger rest 42 to prevent sliding. In the XY plane of the drawing, the finger rest 42 is rotatably fixed to the handle portion 2. When the finger rest 42 is pressed downward (the-Y side in the drawing), the tip side of the pressing plate 41 can be moved upward (the +y side in the drawing) (see fig. 2). That is, the pressing plate 41 can be separated from the hair waving section 3. The finger rest 42 is biased upward (toward +y in the figure) by a spring (not shown). Thus, when the force pressing down the finger rest 42 downward (on the-Y side in the drawing) is removed, the finger rest 42 moves upward (on the +y side in the drawing), and the pressing plate 41 fixed to the finger rest 42 moves downward (on the-Y side in the drawing). That is, the pressing plate 41 can be brought close to the permanent wave unit 3.
Therefore, the user can put hair between the hair iron body 31 and the pressing plate 41 by pressing the finger rest 42, and can clamp hair between the hair iron body 31 and the pressing plate 41 by removing the pressing force.
The pressing plate 41 has an opening (opening portion) 411 penetrating in the thickness direction thereof. The opening 411 is formed to correspond to the opening 371 of the silica gel pad holder 37, that is, to pass light emitted from the LED 341. Therefore, even when the hair is wound from above the hair iron body 31 and the pressing plate 41 without sandwiching the hair between the hair iron body 31 and the pressing plate 41, the light emitted from the LED341 can be irradiated to the hair.
Further, when the hair is heated while being sandwiched between the hair iron main body 31 and the pressing plate 41, water vapor generated from the hair can be discharged from the opening 411. Therefore, the temperature of the held hair can be prevented from being excessively high.
According to the hair iron 1 as described above, it is possible to minimize damage to hair and to care for hair.
Hereinafter, each modification of the hair iron 1 of the present disclosure will be described, but differences from the above-described structural examples will be mainly described, and the description thereof will be omitted for the same matters.
Modification 1
Fig. 6 is an external perspective view of a hair iron according to modification 1. Fig. 7 is an external perspective view of a hair iron according to modification 1. Fig. 8 is a view of the permanent wave part as seen from the tip side (+x direction in the drawing) in a state where the cover is removed. In fig. 8, the structure other than the hair waving section is omitted.
The hair iron 1 of modification 1 is identical to the above-described configuration except that the following configuration is different.
That is, as shown in fig. 6, the hair iron 1 does not have the pressing portion 4, but instead has a suction portion as a hair holding mechanism. The suction unit has a suction port 312, a fan unit not shown, and an exhaust port not shown. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the suction port 312 is provided in the hair iron main body 31. The fan portion is provided in the handle body 21, for example, and the exhaust port is formed to connect the inside and the outside of the handle body 21.
When the user presses the suction button 224 provided on the operation portion 22 of the handle portion 2 while winding the hair around the hair iron main body 31, a fan portion, not shown, is activated, and air is sucked from the suction port 312 into the hair iron main body 31 and discharged from the exhaust port. At this time, the hair of the user wound around the hair iron main body 31 is adsorbed to the outer circumferential surface of the hair iron main body 31 by the flow of the air sucked into the hair iron main body 31. Therefore, even if the hair iron 1 does not have the pressing portion 4, the hair can be wound around and held by the outer peripheral surface of the iron body 31.
Accordingly, the user does not need to frequently press the finger rest 42, which can prevent the user from losing balance while gripping the handle 2 or feel finger fatigue by pressing the finger rest 42.
Note that the hair iron body 31 may also have a plurality of suction ports 312. In this case, since hair can be adsorbed at a plurality of places, styling can be performed more stably. In addition, since the force for sucking the hair can be dispersed through the plurality of suction ports 312, damage to the hair can be reduced.
In modification 1, since the hair iron 1 does not have the pressing portion 4, the hair is less likely to be damaged by being pressed. In this way, the silica gel pad 35, the silica gel pad holder 37 and the spring pad 36 are omitted from the hair iron main body 31.
As shown in fig. 6, in the hair iron main body 31, the LED cover 343 is exposed from the opening 311 instead of the silicone pad 35 and the silicone pad holder 37. The LED cover 343 has a light-transmitting cover 3432, and is configured to protect the LED341 and to transmit light emitted from the LED 341.
As shown in fig. 8, the LED holder 342 is directly supported by the hair iron main body 31 without the spring pad 36.
Thus, according to modification 1, the hair iron 1 capable of reducing fatigue of the user and suppressing damage to the hair can be provided.
Modification 2
The hair iron 1 of modification 2 is identical to the above-described configuration except that the following configuration is different.
That is, the hair iron 1 includes a brush portion as a hair holding mechanism instead of the pressing portion 4. The brush portion is provided in a wide range of the outer peripheral surface of the hair iron body 31, and has a plurality of brushes (protrusions) protruding in the radial direction of the hair iron body 31. The brush portion is formed of a poor conductor of heat.
When the user winds the hair around the hair iron main body 31, the hair enters between the brushes of the brush section, and the wound state can be maintained. The user can put the hand, which is not holding the handle body 21, on the hair from the brush of the brush portion, so that the wound state of the hair can be maintained more stably. At this time, even if the hair iron main body 31 is heated, the tip of the brush portion is hard to reach a high temperature, so that the user's hand or the like can be prevented from being exposed to a high temperature.
Holding hair by the brush enables a user to style more intuitively than holding hair between the pressing part 4 and the hair iron main body 31.
In addition, since the hair iron 1 does not have the pressing portion 4, the hair is less likely to be damaged by being pressed, as in modification 1. Therefore, in the hair iron main body 31, the silica gel pad 35, the silica gel pad holder 37 and the spring pad 36 are omitted. Note that the structure of the light emitting portion 34 may be the same as that of modification 1.
Thus, according to modification 2, the hair iron 1 capable of intuitively styling and suppressing damage to hair can be provided.
Furthermore, the present utility model may be provided in various ways as described below.
(1) A hair iron is provided with a handle portion configured to be gripped by a user, and a hair iron portion provided on a distal end side of the handle portion and used when winding hair and curling the hair, wherein the hair iron portion has a cylindrical main body, and a pair of electrodes provided at opposing positions on a peripheral surface of the main body and exposed from the main body.
(2) The hair iron as set forth in the above (1), wherein each of the electrodes is elongated and is provided along a length direction of the main body.
(3) The hair iron according to the above (1) or (2), wherein each of the electrodes has a function of introducing or extracting ions into or from the hair.
(4) The hair iron as set forth in any one of the above (1) to (3), wherein the hair waving part further has a pair of heaters which are located at positions inside the main body and are oppositely disposed at positions further inside than the pair of electrodes, respectively.
(5) The hair iron as set forth in the above (4), wherein each of the heaters is elongated and is provided along a length direction of the main body.
(6) The hair iron according to the above (4) or (5), wherein each of the heaters has a heat generating body and an insulator covering the heat generating body, and the insulator is composed mainly of alumina.
(7) The hair iron according to any one of the above (1) to (6), wherein the hair iron further comprises a plate-shaped pressing portion provided so as to be able to approach and separate from the hair iron, and configured to press the hair wound around the hair iron toward the hair iron, the pressing portion having an opening penetrating in a thickness direction thereof.
(8) A hair iron is provided with a handle portion configured to be gripped by a user, a hair iron portion provided on a distal end side of the handle portion and used when winding hair and curling the hair, and a plate-shaped pressing portion provided so as to be capable of approaching and separating from the hair iron portion and configured to press the hair wound around the hair iron portion toward the hair iron portion, wherein the hair iron portion has a cylindrical main body, and the pressing portion has an opening portion penetrating in a thickness direction thereof.
(9) The hair iron according to the above (7) or (8), wherein the hair iron further comprises a light emitting portion provided at the upper position of the main body when the pressing portion is located above, and the light emitted from the light emitting portion is configured to pass through the opening portion in a state where the pressing portion is brought close to the main body.
(10) The hair iron according to any one of the above (1) to (8), further comprising a plate-shaped pressing portion provided so as to be able to approach and separate from the hair iron and configured to press the hair wound around the hair iron toward the hair iron, wherein the hair iron further comprises a light emitting portion provided at a position above the main body when the pressing portion side is taken as an upper side.
(11) The hair iron as set forth in the above (10), wherein the light-emitting portion has a light-emitting element and a support body for supporting the light-emitting element.
(12) The hair iron as set forth in the above (11), wherein a plurality of the light emitting elements are provided along a length direction of the main body.
(13) The hair iron as set forth in any one of the above (10) to (12), wherein the hair iron further has a biasing member for biasing the light emitting portion from the main body toward the upper side.
(14) The hair iron as set forth in any one of the above (10) to (13), wherein the hair waving part further has a stress relaxing member provided at a position above the main body than the light emitting part.
(15) The hair iron according to the above (14), wherein the hair iron further comprises a fixing member that fixes the stress relaxation member to the light emitting portion and has an opening through which light emitted from the light emitting portion can pass.
(16) The hair iron according to any one of the above (1) to (15), wherein the hair iron further comprises a plate-shaped pressing portion provided so as to be able to approach and separate from the hair iron, and configured to press the hair wound around the hair iron toward the hair iron, and the pressing portion further comprises a stress relaxing member provided on a side surface of the hair iron.
