In the present disclosure, the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to those elements expressly listed but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such article or apparatus.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a packaging bottle, which includes a bottle body 100, a shoulder sleeve 200 and a pump body 300, wherein the pump body 300 can adopt a vacuum pump in the prior art, and the embodiment is not specifically described, and when the packaging bottle is required to be used, cosmetics can be pumped out of the bottle body 100 only by pressing the pump body 300.
The shoulder sleeve 200 of the present application is provided with a central hole 210 for installing the pump body 300, the bottle body 100 comprises a bottle body 120 and a bottle mouth 110 which are clamped with each other, the bottle mouth 110 is in threaded connection with the shoulder sleeve 200 and is connected with the pump body 300, and the bottle body 120 is provided with a decoration part 124 (partially shielding in the drawing) which extends upwards to form a peripheral wall for shielding the shoulder sleeve 200.
The bottle body 100 in the packaging bottle is divided into the bottle body 120 and the bottle mouth 110, the structure is more flexible, the bottle mouth 110 is in threaded connection with the shoulder sleeve 200, the bottle body 120 is provided with the decorative part 124 which extends upwards to shield the shoulder sleeve 200, and compared with the prior art that the joint of the bottle body 120 and the shoulder sleeve 200 is exposed, the overall attractive appearance is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the finish 110 includes an externally threaded connecting portion 111, a radially enlarged engaging portion 112 extending into the body 120, and a transition portion 115 therebetween. Wherein, the shoulder sleeve 200 is internally provided with internal threads, and the bottle mouth 110 is connected with the internal threads of the shoulder sleeve through the external threads of the connecting part 111. In order to facilitate the clamping connection between the bottle mouth 110 and the bottle body 100, the clamping portion 112 is provided with a clamping groove 113, and the inner peripheral wall of the corresponding bottle body 120 is provided with an annular protrusion 121 matched with the clamping groove 113, so that the bottle mouth and the bottle body are axially limited.
Further, in order to achieve circumferential limitation, a circumferential limitation structure is provided between the engaging portion 112 and the bottle body 120. Specifically, the circumferential limiting structure includes a positioning block 114 disposed on the clamping groove 113 and a notch 122 disposed on the annular protrusion 121 and engaged with the positioning block 114. Of course, in view of overall stability, the number of the positioning blocks 114 is plural and uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction, and in this embodiment, the number of the positioning blocks 114 is 2 and symmetrically arranged.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the shoulder 200 partially sinks to form an annular recess 220, and a sealing ring 400 is clamped between the transition portion 115 and the bottom of the annular recess 220 in order to ensure the sealing performance of the entire packaging bottle. Further, the annular protrusion 121 is provided with a rib 123 abutting against the seal ring 400, the rib is in an annular structure in the drawing, and the seal ring 400 deforms under the action of the rib 123 and can be tightly attached to the bottle body 100.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the packaging bottle according to the present application further includes a cap 500 engaged with the bottle body 100 (specifically, the decorative portion 124 in the drawings) for surrounding the pump body 300 and the shoulder sleeve 200, wherein the cap 500 can effectively isolate air and moisture, and prevent the cosmetics from being contaminated by external factors.
Referring to fig. 2, the packaging bottle further includes a pressing cap 310 movably disposed in the annular recess 220, the pressing cap 310 is engaged with the pump body 300 (a reset spring is disposed in the pump body 300), in order to smoothly pump the cosmetic, the pressing cap 310 has a liquid outlet 311 communicated with the pump body 300, when the cosmetic is needed to be used, the pressing cap 310 is pressed down, the pressing cap 310 moves toward the bottom of the annular recess 220, at this time, the cosmetic can be pumped out in the liquid outlet 311, then the pressing force is removed, and under the action of the spring, the pressing cap 310 is far away from the bottom of the annular recess 220 until reset.
Referring to fig. 2, a piston 130 is provided in the bottle body 100, and the piston 130 divides the bottle body 100 into a receiving chamber 140 (for placing cosmetics) and a gas chamber 150. Along with the use of cosmetics, the piston 130 is continuously raised (the volume of the accommodating cavity 140 is reduced), and the bottom end of the pump body 300 of the present application extends into the accommodating cavity 140, so that the cosmetics in the accommodating cavity 140 can be fully utilized, the piston 130 has a sinking area 131 avoiding the bottom end of the pump body 300, wherein the sinking area 131 is adapted to the shape of the bottom end of the pump body 300, so as to improve the utilization rate of the cosmetics.
The bottle body is divided into the bottle body and the bottle mouth, the shoulder sleeve is partially sunk to form the annular recess to adapt to the shape of the bottle body, and the pressing cap can move in the annular recess, so that the structural characteristics of the shoulder sleeve are fully utilized, and the overall height of the packaging bottle is reduced.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description. When technical features of different embodiments are embodied in the same drawing, the drawing can be regarded as a combination of the embodiments concerned also being disclosed at the same time.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the claims. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application.
