Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present utility model will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
Referring to FIG. 1, a perspective view of the replaceable combined cleaning wipe spray head assembly cover cap 98 of the present embodiment is shown. The replaceable combined cleaning brush of the present embodiment includes a hand-held body 1, a detachable and replaceable cleaning brush 5, a cleaning member cover 9, and a head assembly provided in a retracted manner on the hand-held body 1. The cleaning wiper 5 is detachably buckled on one side of the handheld body 1, and the cleaning wiper 5 can be replaced by different types according to scrubbing requirements.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, the hand-held body 1 includes a liquid storage body 10 and a connecting portion 16 integrally formed at one side of the liquid storage body 10, wherein the connecting portion 16 has a size equal to or slightly smaller than that of the cleaning wipe 5, and as shown in fig. 5, one side of the liquid storage body 10 is expanded outwards to form a hollow buckle body, namely the connecting portion 16. The connection portion 16 forms a mounting groove 161 on the liquid reservoir side. For detachable fixation with the connection portion 16, the cleaning wipe 5 includes an assembly by which the cleaning wipe 5 is detachably and replaceably fixed to the hand-held body 1 in cooperation with the mounting groove 161, and a cleaning member.
The size of the connecting portion 16 needs to correspond to the size of the cleaning wipe 5, and the height of the liquid storage body 10 is lower than the height of the connecting portion 16, so that on one hand, an installation space is reserved for the spray head assembly, and on the other hand, the handle shape of the handheld body 1 is more suitable for being used by hand. The reservoir 10 is recessed to form a mounting surface 14 below the connection portion 16, and the spray head assembly is disposed on the mounting surface 14. The liquid storage body 10 is provided with a liquid injection port 13, the periphery of the liquid injection port 13 is provided with a fixed thread, and a spray head component is arranged on the liquid injection port 13 in a replaceable manner.
Any head assembly that can be screwed into the injection port 13 can be used. Thus, the spray head assembly can be implemented in a wide variety of ways, either as a foam spray head assembly 2 or an atomizer spray head assembly 3 or a emulsion pump assembly 4. Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 9, schematic cross-sectional views of different nozzle assemblies for the replaceable cleaning wipe according to the present embodiment are shown.
The spray head assembly is capped with an outer cap 98 for protecting or sealing the spray head such that the overall shape of the hand-held body 1 and the outer cap 98 may increase the gripping comfort.
Referring to fig. 4, the assembly includes a connection frame 51 and a mounting plate 52. The inner peripheral wall of the connection frame 51 is provided with a plurality of buckles, such as buckles 53 and 54, which are buckled with the mounting groove 161.
The cleaning wiper 5 is detachably provided with a cleaning member cover 9, and a plurality of buckling tenons, such as buckling tenons 93-95, are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the cleaning member cover 9. The mounting plate 52 is provided with a plurality of snap holes, such as snap holes 57 and 58, for engaging the snap tabs. The periphery of the mounting plate 52 also includes a plurality of ribs, such as ribs 55 and 56, for snap fit against the inner wall of the cleaning element housing 9. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the mounting plate 52 is provided with a plurality of implantation holes 59.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer surface of the liquid storage body 10 is provided with a raised or recessed anti-slip pattern 15.
As shown in fig. 5, in a first embodiment of the spray head assembly, the spray head assembly is a foam spray head assembly 2. The foam nozzle assembly 2 includes a foam nozzle 21, a piston guide 22, a return spring 25, a liquid inlet valve 23, a screen 26, and an air inlet 27. The foam nozzle 21 is provided with a nozzle, and the liquid inlet valve 23 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 24. The piston conduit 22 communicates with the spout. Pressing the foam nozzle 22 under the action of the gauze 26 converts the cleaning liquid and air mixed in the plunger guide 22 into foam and ejected from the nozzle.
The structure of the replaceable combined cleaning wiper shown in fig. 7, the hand-held body 1, the connecting portion 16, the cleaning wiper 5 and the cleaning member cover 9 of the replaceable combined cleaning wiper is the same as that of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and will not be repeated.
In a second embodiment of the spray head assembly, shown in fig. 7, the spray head assembly is an atomizer spray head assembly 3. The atomizer head assembly 3 includes an atomizer head 32, a pump core 33, a spool tube 34, a return spring 35, and a liquid inlet tube 36. The atomizer 32 is provided with an orifice, and the valve core tube 34 communicates with the orifice. The liquid inlet pipe 36 is communicated with the pump core 33. Pressing the atomizer 32 sucks the cleaning liquid out of the liquid storage 10, and atomizes and sprays the cleaning liquid out of the spray hole under the pressure of the pump core 33.
The structure of the replaceable combined cleaning brush shown in fig. 9, the hand-held body 1, the connecting portion 16, the cleaning brush 5 and the cleaning member cover 9 is the same as that of the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 7, and will not be repeated.
In a third embodiment of the spray head assembly, the spray head assembly is an emulsion pump head assembly 4. The emulsion pump head assembly 4 includes a liquid spray head 41, a piston guide tube 42, a return spring 43, a liquid feed valve 44, and a liquid feed tube 45. The liquid jet 41 is provided with a nozzle 47, the liquid inlet valve 44 communicates with the liquid inlet pipe 45, and the piston guide pipe 42 communicates with the nozzle 47. The piston guide 42 withdraws the cleaning liquid from the liquid reservoir 10 and ejects the cleaning liquid from the nozzle 47 by pressing the liquid ejection head 41.
The replaceable combined cleaning wiper can replace cleaning wipes with different scrubbing effects according to different scrubbing scenes, and can meet different scrubbing requirements and be applied to more cleaning scrubbing scenes.
All the assemblies 5 comprise a connection frame 51, which can be plugged into the connection 16, and a mounting plate 52.
The mounting plate 52 has a plurality of holes 59 formed therein. The cleaning elements are fiber bundles or wire bundles and are mounted in a number of implanted holes 59. When the cleaning element is a fiber hair bundle, the cleaning element is arranged in a plurality of implanted pores to form a hairbrush. When the cleaning piece is a steel wire bundle, the cleaning piece is arranged in a plurality of implanted holes to form a steel wire brush.
Referring to fig. 10, in a first embodiment of the cleaning brush mounting plate, the cleaning brush includes a connection frame 51 and a mounting plate 52, and a plurality of holes 59 are formed in the mounting plate. There are various implementations of the bristles, and the plurality of implanted holes 59 are provided with fiber bundles 71 to form the brush 5'. Or the wire bundles 73 are installed in the plurality of implanted holes 59 to form the wire brush 5". It will be appreciated that other bristles may be mounted in the implantation hole 59.
Or the cleaning element is a sponge or scouring pad or rubber and is adhered to the mounting plate 52. When the cleaning piece is a sponge block, the cleaning piece is arranged on the mounting plate to form a sponge cleaning brush. When the cleaning piece is a scouring pad, the cleaning piece is arranged on the mounting plate to form the cleaning pad. When the cleaning piece is made of rubber, the cleaning piece is arranged on the mounting plate to form cleaning rubber.
Referring to fig. 11, in a second embodiment of the cleaning wipe mounting plate, the assembly 5 includes a connection frame 51 and an adhesive plate 81, and a limit flange 82 is formed at an edge of the adhesive plate 81. The adhesive plate 81 adhesively mounts cleaning elements, including sponge blocks or scouring pads or rubber, within the confines of the stop flange 82.
As shown in FIG. 11, there are various implementations of the cleaning cloth, and the sponge block 75 is adhered to the adhesive plate 81 to form the sponge cleaning wipe 5' ". Or the adhesive plate 81 is adhered with a scouring pad to form a cleaning pad 5'.
The replaceable combined cleaning wiper can be suitable for various life application scenes, such as:
the common clothes, leather sofas, underwear and the like can be conveniently and effectively brushed by selecting the combined emulsion pump head assembly and the hairbrush;
