Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, a chain assembly according to an embodiment of the present application will now be described. The chain assembly is used for a zipper, and comprises a first chain 1 and a second chain 2, wherein the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are respectively provided with a plurality of teeth 3, the teeth 3 comprise teeth 31 and decorative parts 32 arranged on the teeth 31, and the teeth 3 on the first chain 1 and the teeth 3 on the second chain 2 can be meshed with each other to form at least one pair of teeth 3;
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the engaged state, the decoration 32 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is at least partially opposite to the decoration 32 of the other tooth 3, and the decoration 32 of at least one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset with respect to the tooth 31 thereof in a first direction in which one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 approaches the other tooth 3 along the meshing line 6.
The chain assembly is an important component of the zipper, the chain assembly of the embodiment comprises a first chain 1 and a second chain 2, the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are meshed to realize the closing of the zipper, and the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are separated to realize the opening of the zipper. The engagement of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 is achieved by the teeth 3 of the two being engaged in a staggered manner. The tooth 3 of the present embodiment includes a tooth 31 and a decoration portion 32 disposed on the tooth 31, and it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 may include one or more teeth 3 of the present embodiment, and may further include some other common tooth 3. The tooth 31 of the tooth 3 in this embodiment is an engagement portion of the tooth 3, and the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are engaged with each other by the tooth 31.
The tooth 3 of the present embodiment has a decorative portion 32 provided on the tooth 31 in addition to the tooth 31 for engagement, and the decorative portion 32 can provide a decorative effect to the tooth 3. For example, a pattern decoration may be provided on these decorative portions 32, and for example, a trademark, a letter, various kinds of graphics, and the like may be provided. However, the decorative portion 32 of the present embodiment is not necessarily required to be provided with a pattern for decoration, and the decorative portion 32 itself has a certain decorative effect. The decorative portion 32 may be fixed to the tooth 31 by bonding or the like, or the tooth 31 and the decorative portion 32 may be integrally formed, and it is preferable to use an integrally formed tooth 3 because of its small size.
The teeth 3 on the first chain 1 and the teeth 3 on the second chain 2 may be meshed with each other to form at least one pair of teeth 3, where the teeth 3 pair refers to two teeth 3 having a tooth 31 and a decoration portion 32, the two teeth 3 are located on the first chain 1 and the second chain 2, respectively, and the two teeth 3 are corresponding to each other and can be meshed with each other to form the teeth 3 pair. The number of the teeth 3 may be one or more, and in most cases, the number of the teeth 3 is a plurality of pairs, for example, all the teeth 3 on the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 may be formed into the teeth 3 pairs in a one-to-one correspondence.
In the engaged state, the ornamental portion 32 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is at least partially opposed to the ornamental portion 32 of the other tooth 3. The teeth 3 are aligned, one tooth 3 is located on the first chain 1, the other tooth 3 is located on the second chain 2, and the opposite refers to that the decoration part 32 of one tooth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 faces the other tooth 3, and the decoration parts 32 of the two teeth 3 can be completely opposite or partially opposite. In this way, the decorative parts 32 of the two teeth 3 can be combined to form a larger decorative part 32 in the chain engagement state, thereby enlarging the usable area of the decorative part 32.
Normally, a certain gap needs to be kept between two adjacent teeth 3 in the same side chain, so that the chain can be bent well, and therefore, the decorative portion 32 of two adjacent teeth 3 in the same side chain needs to be kept at a certain gap, which results in a shortened width of the decorative portion 32. The facing portions of the ornamental portions 32 of two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 are correspondingly reduced, which is disadvantageous in that they are combined to form a larger ornamental portion 32.
In this regard, in the present embodiment, the ornamental portion 32 of at least one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset with respect to its tooth 31 toward a first direction, which is the direction in which one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 approaches the other tooth 3 along the line of engagement 6. Taking fig. 9 as an example, two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 are a first tooth 4 and a second tooth 5, respectively, and the direction a is the first direction for the first tooth 4 and the direction B is the first direction for the second tooth 5. Both are aligned along the line of engagement 6 but are directed in exactly opposite directions. The meshing line 6 is a track line where the two rows of the first and second links 1 and 2 are interlaced and tightly combined with each other, i.e., a pulling track line of the slider, during the zipper closing process. That is, the ornamental portion 32 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset with respect to the tooth 31 thereof toward the tooth 31 of the other tooth 3 in the direction of the meshing line 6. The offset here means that the ornamental portion 32 is closer to the tooth 31 of the other tooth 3 in the direction of the meshing line 6 than the tooth 31 of the same tooth 3. For example, in the pair of teeth 3, the tooth 31 of one tooth 3 is in contact with the tooth 31 of the other tooth 3, and the decorative portion 32 thereof may be partially staggered with the tooth 31 of the other tooth 3 in the direction of the meshing line 6, and even the decorative portion 32 thereof may cover the tooth 31 of the other tooth 3.
The two teeth 3 are engaged with each other by their teeth 31, and thus the position of the teeth 31 is the basis for determining the relative positions of the two teeth 3 at the time of engagement. Taking fig. 9 as an example, two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 are a first tooth 4 and a second tooth 5, respectively, the first tooth 4 has a first tooth 41 and a first decoration 42 on the first tooth 41, and the second tooth 5 has a second tooth 51 and a second decoration 52 on the second tooth 51. The decoration 32 of at least one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset in the first direction with respect to its tooth 31, and thus the offset may be such that the first decoration 42 is offset in the direction of the line of engagement 6 with respect to the first tooth 41 toward the second tooth 51, or that the second decoration 52 is offset in the direction of the line of engagement 6 with respect to the second tooth 51 toward the first tooth 41, or that the first decoration 42 is offset in the direction of the line of engagement 6 with respect to the first tooth 41 toward the second tooth 51, and that the second decoration 52 is offset in the direction of the line of engagement 6 with respect to the second tooth 51 toward the first tooth 41. At this time, the first decorative portion 42 and the second decorative portion 52 are more opposed portions, and thus can be combined into a larger decorative portion 32. Therefore, the decorative area can be effectively improved, and the decorative effect is improved, so that the attractiveness of the chain is improved under the condition of keeping the performance of the chain.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the teeth 3 include patterns disposed on the decoration portion 32, and in the engaged state, the patterns of two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 form a combined pattern.
The decorative portion 32 itself can exert a decorative effect, but the pattern provided thereon can achieve better recognition and aesthetic appearance, and thus, the present embodiment provides the pattern on the decorative portion 32. The content of the patterns can be words such as letters, chinese characters, roman characters, latin characters and the like, marks such as trademarks, brand marks, symbols and the like, various personalized patterns and the like such as character images, cartoon figures and the like. The pattern may be formed by printing, spraying, engraving, integral injection molding, etc.
The present embodiment uses the characteristic that the teeth 3 have large opposing portions to the two decorative portions 32 in the center, and in the engaged state, the patterns of the two teeth 3 are formed into a combined pattern. Thereby improving the diversification and decoration effect of the pattern, providing wide creation space for the design of the pattern and creating various visual effects.
The pattern of the teeth 3 on the decorative parts 32 of the two teeth 3 may be two parts of a complete pattern, i.e. a complete pattern is divided into two parts, which are respectively arranged on the two decorative parts 32 of the teeth 3. When the two teeth 3 are engaged, a complete pattern can be formed. As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the first decorative portion 42 is provided with a first pattern, and the second decorative portion 52 is provided with a second pattern. The first pattern may be part of a trademark and the second pattern may be another part of a trademark, both of which may constitute a complete trademark when the zipper is engaged. The first pattern and the second pattern may be independent related patterns, which when combined form a combined pattern having a more design sense. For another example, the first pattern is a concave letter and the second pattern is a convex identical letter. For another example, the first pattern and the second pattern are respectively associated character images, and when the zipper is engaged, the first pattern and the second pattern can be combined close to each other.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the decoration portion 32 includes a first side 321 and a second side 322 disposed opposite to each other, the first side 321 is a side of the decoration portion 32 near the engaging side of the teeth 3, and in the engaged state, the first side 321 of one tooth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 is offset in a first direction relative to the second side 322.
The decorative portion 32 has a first side 321 and a second side 322 disposed opposite each other, i.e., the first side 321 is opposite the second side 322. The first side 321 is a side of the ornamental portion 32 adjacent to the engagement side of the teeth 3, and the engagement side of the teeth 3 faces the other side of the teeth 3 when the teeth 3 are engaged. For example, one tooth 3 is located on the first chain 1, the engagement side of which is the side of the tooth 3 that faces the second chain 2 when the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are engaged. Thus, the first side 321 of the decorative portion 32 on the first chain 1 is the side thereof facing the second chain 2, and the second side 322 is the side thereof facing away from the second chain 2. Similarly, the first side 321 of the decorative portion 32 on the second chain 2 is the side facing the first chain 1, and the second side 322 is the side facing away from the first chain 1.
Taking fig. 2 as an example, in the tooth 3 pair, the first side 321 of the first decoration portion 42 is located on the right side thereof, the second side 322 is located on the left side thereof, and the first side 321 is offset in the direction a with respect to the second side 322, so that a structure with low left and high right is formed. Accordingly, the first side 321 of the second decoration portion 52 is located at the left side thereof, the second side 322 is located at the right side thereof, and the first side 321 is offset in the direction B with respect to the second side 322, and the structure is also formed such that the left side is lower and the right side is higher. However, if the teeth 3 are centered, the first teeth 4 on the left are positioned above, and the second teeth 5 on the right are positioned below, the first decorative portion 42 and the second decorative portion 52 have a structure with high left and low right.
In the present embodiment, the first side 321 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset in the first direction with respect to the second side 322, and the offset of the first side 321 causes the decorative portion 32 to be offset in the first direction with respect to the tooth 31 thereof, so that the portions of the first decorative portion 42 and the second decorative portion 52 facing each other are more, and thus can be combined into a larger decorative portion 32.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the decoration portion 32 has a parallelogram cross section perpendicular to the thickness direction of the tooth 3.
Since the first side 321 of the tooth 3 is offset relative to the second side 322, the first side 321 is opposite the second side 322. Therefore, the decorative portion 32 may be designed as a parallelogram with the two sides as opposite sides, that is, the decorative portion 32 has a parallelogram cross section in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the tooth 3.
The parallelogram is easier to design and machine than other shaped structures, and allows the decorative portion 32 to provide more surface area in a limited space, thereby accommodating more complex or larger patterns, and also increasing the three-dimensional and hierarchical feel of the zipper, making it more attractive.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments of the present application, the tooth 31 includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, the decoration portion 32 is connected to the tooth body 311, and the head 312 is offset in a direction opposite to the first direction relative to the tooth body 311.
The tooth 31 of the present embodiment includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, the tooth body 311 being a main part of the tooth 31, which is generally connected to a chain belt and provides support for the head 312. The head 312 is then the end portion of the tooth 31 for interengagement with the head 312 of the other tooth 3 to effect closure of the slide fastener. The ornamental portion 32 is attached to the tooth body 311 instead of the head portion 312, which means that the ornamental portion 32 does not interfere with the engagement process between the teeth 3.
Since the decorative portion 32 is offset in the first direction with respect to the tooth 31, the closer the tooth 31 is offset in the opposite direction to the first direction, the closer the decorative portions 32 of two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 are in the direction of the meshing line 6, and the more the portions are opposed to each other. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the head 312 is offset in the opposite direction to the first direction with respect to the tooth body 311. In the tooth 3 pair, when the head 312 of one tooth 3 and the other tooth 3 are engaged, the opposing portions of the ornamental portion 32 of the two teeth 3 can be made more, thereby improving the ornamental effect.
Taking fig. 10 as an example, the first tooth 41 includes a first tooth body 411 and a first head 412, and the second tooth 51 includes a second tooth body 511 and a second head 512. For the first tooth 41, the first head 412 is offset in the opposite direction of the direction a, i.e., direction B, with respect to the first tooth body 411, and the second head 512 is offset in the opposite direction of the direction B, i.e., direction a, with respect to the second tooth body 511. When the first engaging tooth 41 and the second engaging tooth 51 are engaged, the first decorative portion 42 can be made closer to the second engaging tooth 51, and the second decorative portion 52 can be made closer to the first engaging tooth 41, making the opposing portions of the first decorative portion 42 and the second decorative portion 52 more.
The head 312 is offset in the opposite direction to the first direction with respect to the tooth body 311, and thus the head 312 can be offset in the opposite direction to the first direction with respect to the decorative portion 32, and therefore, the position of the tooth body 311 does not need to be offset in the opposite direction to the first direction, and the decorative portion 32 is connected to the tooth body 311, so that more connection portions can be ensured between the head and the tooth body 311, and the stability of the structure and the strength of the entire tooth 3 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the tooth 31 includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, the decoration portion 32 is connected to the tooth body 311, and the decoration portion 32 covers the tooth body 311. The tooth 31 includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, and the tooth body 311 is a main body of the tooth 31, which is generally connected to a chain belt and provides support for the head 312. The head 312 is then the end portion of the tooth 31 for interengagement with the head 312 of the other tooth 3. The more the decorative portion 32 is connected to the tooth body 311, the higher the stability of connection. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the decoration portion 32 covers the tooth body 311, so that the stability of the connection between the two can be ensured to a greater extent, and in addition, the tooth body 311 can be hidden by the decoration portion 32, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, in some embodiments of the present application, the tooth 31 includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, an engagement groove is formed between the tooth body 311 and the head 312, and the decoration portion 32 at least partially covers the engagement groove, and in the engaged state, the head 312 of one tooth 3 is located in the engagement groove of the other tooth 3 in the pair of teeth 3, so that the head 312 of one tooth 3 is covered by the decoration portion 32 of the other tooth 3.
In the present embodiment, an engagement groove is formed between the tooth body 311 and the head 312. In many cases, both sides of the tooth body 311 and the head 312 have engagement grooves for receiving the heads 312 of two adjacent opposite teeth 31, respectively, so as to achieve engagement of the chain. In the present embodiment, however, the case of two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 is mainly explored. In the present embodiment, in the engaged state, the head 312 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is located in the engagement groove of the other tooth 3, thereby achieving engagement of the two teeth 3 of the pair of teeth 3. As shown in fig. 3, the ornamental portion 32 is designed to at least partially cover the engagement groove, and in the engaged state, the head portion 312 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is positioned in the engagement groove of the other tooth 3, and since the ornamental portion 32 at least partially covers the engagement groove, in the engaged state, the head portion 312 of the one tooth 3 is covered by the ornamental portion 32 of the other tooth 3. Thus, the engagement groove can be hidden, and a clean visual effect is presented. In addition, in the present embodiment, since the ornamental portion 32 of at least one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset toward the first direction with respect to the tooth 31 thereof, the coverage area of the ornamental portion 32 with respect to the head 312 of the other tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 can be increased, and the risk of post-chain explosion after the teeth 3 are engaged can be reduced.
Taking fig. 10 as an example, the first decoration portion 42 of the first tooth 4 may cover the head portion 312 of the second tooth 5 more, and the decoration portion 32 of the second tooth 5 may cover the head portion 312 of the first tooth 4 more, so that the risk of the explosion of the group of teeth 3 is effectively reduced. When all the teeth 3 of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 respectively form the teeth 3 pairs, the chain bursting risk of the whole zipper can be reduced.
Based on the above chain assembly, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the present application further provides a tooth 3 for a slide fastener, wherein the tooth 3 includes a tooth 31 and a decoration portion 32 disposed on the tooth 31, and the decoration portion 32 is offset relative to the tooth 31 in the direction of the line of engagement 6.
The teeth 3 of the present embodiment may form a pair of teeth 3 and be provided on the first and second links 1 and 2 of the slide fastener, respectively, and it should be noted here that the decoration 32 of two teeth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 and the relative offset direction of the teeth 31 are required, and the decoration 32 of one tooth 3 is required to be offset toward the teeth 31 of the other tooth 3, i.e., the decoration 32 is offset toward the above-described first direction with respect to the teeth 31. In the engaged state, the ornamental portion 32 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is at least partially opposed to the ornamental portion 32 of the other tooth 3. The decorative portion 32 of at least one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset towards the first direction relative to the tooth 31, so that the decorative area can be effectively increased, the decorative effect is improved, and the attractiveness of the chain is improved under the condition of keeping the performance of the chain.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the decoration portion 32 includes a first side 321 and a second side 322 disposed opposite to each other, where the first side 321 is a side of the decoration portion 32 near the engaging side of the tooth 3, and in the engaged state, the first side 321 is offset relative to the second side 322 in a direction of the engaging line 6.
The first side 321 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is offset in a first direction relative to the second side 322, by which offset the decorative portion 32 can be offset in a first direction relative to its tooth 31 when two teeth 3 make up a tooth 3 pair, so that more opposing portions of the first decorative portion 42 and the second decorative portion 52 can be combined into a larger decorative portion 32.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments of the present application, the tooth 31 includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, the decoration portion 32 is connected to the tooth body 311, and the head 312 is offset in the direction of the meshing line 6 relative to the tooth body 311. The tooth 31 of the present embodiment includes a tooth body 311 and a head 312 connected to each other, the tooth body 311 being a main part of the tooth 31, which is generally connected to a chain belt and provides support for the head 312. The head 312 is then the end portion of the tooth 31 for interengagement with the head 312 of the other tooth 3, so that in this embodiment the head 312 is offset relative to the tooth body 311 in the direction of the line of engagement 6. When the head 312 of one tooth 3 is engaged with the other tooth 3, the opposing portions of the ornamental portion 32 of the two teeth 3 can be made more, thereby improving the ornamental effect.
The head 312 is offset relative to the tooth body 311, so that the head 312 can be offset relative to the decoration portion 32, and therefore, the position of the tooth body 311 can be kept unchanged, the decoration portion 32 is connected to the tooth body 311, and more connection portions between the head and the tooth body can be ensured, so that the structural stability and the integral strength of the tooth 3 are ensured.
Based on the chain component, the application further provides a zipper, and the zipper comprises the chain component. Slide fasteners typically include a slider, stop, etc., in addition to the chain assembly. The chain assembly comprises a first chain 1 and a second chain 2, wherein the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are provided with a plurality of teeth 3, and the teeth 3 of the first chain 1 and the teeth 3 of the second chain 2 can be controlled by the pull head to be meshed. In this embodiment, the teeth 3 include a tooth 31 and a decoration portion 32 provided on the tooth 31, and the teeth 3 on the first chain 1 and the teeth 3 on the second chain 2 can be meshed with each other to form at least one pair of teeth 3. In the engaged state, the decoration portion 32 of one tooth 3 of the pair of teeth 3 is at least partially opposite to the decoration portion 32 of the other tooth 3, so that the decoration portions 32 of the two teeth 3 can be combined to form a larger decoration portion 32 in the chain engaged state, thereby enlarging the usable area of the decoration portions 32. The decoration portion 32 of at least one tooth 3 in the pair of teeth 3 is offset towards the first direction relative to the tooth 31, so that the opposite parts of the first decoration portion 42 and the second decoration portion 52 are more, and the larger decoration portion 32 can be combined, the decorative area is effectively improved, the decorative effect is improved, and the attractive appearance of the chain is improved under the condition of keeping the performance of the chain.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the application is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the application.
