Abstract
一种带防返流膜裙的食管内支架,它在支架下端内腔膜上粘接一上口略小下口略大的膜裙,膜裙进食时在食物的作用下张开,不进食时处于闭合状态,可有效地防止食物的返流。是食管癌、贲门癌患者后期提高患者生存质量,延长生存时间的一种新型食管内支架。
Description
本实用新型涉及医疗产品，特别是一种用于扩张食管并可防止食物返流的食管内支架结构。
目前国内外用于各种食管扩张的内支架有多种，有用记忆合金制成的螺旋状食管支架，有双喇叭口螺旋食管内支架(中国专利95239287.9)。
中国专利95241221.x提供的一种可回收式带膜食管支架及其回收装置，是目前公认的一种较先进的食管支架，它的膜可有效的防止食管癌细胞向支架内壁生长堵塞食管，提高了食管癌患者的生存质量，延长了患者的生存期。但这种支架也有缺陷，即不能很好地防止食物返流，而大量的贲门、食管中、下段手术者在失去贲门作用后普遍存在不同程度的食物返流现象，造成患者形成返流性食管炎，给患者造成新的痛苦，甚至由此产生吸入性肺炎而危及生命。
本实用新型的目的在于：设计一种带返流膜的食管内支架，让返流膜具有单向阀门的作用，它可以保证进食通畅，防止食物返流，克服现有食管支架存在的不能防止食物返流的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在带膜可回收式食管支架的下段内腔，粘贴一圈与支架下段内腔吻合的医用硅橡胶膜裙，膜裙在进食时自然扩张，让食物入胃，停止进食后，膜裙呈贴近闭合状，膜裙内壁吸附在一起，可有效防止入胃食物的返流，当患者因进食不当发生呕吐时，胃内的较大压力可使裙膜逆向打开，吐出食物残渣，饮水或再次进食时在水或食物的带动下膜裙可恢复原状。

下面结合附图进一步介绍本实用新型的技术内容及实施方法：
在不锈钢的骨架1的上端设置有回收尼龙线3，中段有防移位倒刺4，在骨架1的内外复合有医用硅橡胶膜2，在支架下端形成一喇叭口状薄膜裙边5，在裙边5的内腔设置一用医用橡胶膜做成的上口略小下口略大的防返流膜裙6，膜裙6的上口与支架内腔下部牢固粘接后形成一粘接边7，粘接边7与支架内腔平滑过度形成一体。膜裙如同未充气的气球橡皮膜内壁吸附在一起，可在食物的作用下打开。
本实用新型有以下优点及效果：可有效防止食管插入支架的患者进食后食物返流。
可广泛用于：①贲门癌、食管癌手术切除、食管、胃吻合后狭窄或复发无再次手术指征需植入支架者；
②重度返流性食管炎患者
③贲门癌、食管癌(下段)无手术指征直接植入支架者。

1、一种带防返流膜裙的食管内支架，它由不锈钢丝骨架、防移位倒刺、回收尼龙线复合以医用硅橡胶膜组成，其特征在于：在支架下端裙边5的内腔内设置上口略小、下口略大的防返流膜裙6，膜裙6上口与支架内腔下部有一平滑过度的粘结边7，接边7与支架内腔膜形成一体。
