Abstract
本设计提供一种贮存装置,将贮存装置制成密封容器,在密封容器侧面安有抽气孔,容器内有若干根带有小孔的排气道,相互贯通并与抽气孔相连,这种装置不需要对物质预先烘干,也不需要定期晾晒,使贮存的物质处于低压缺氧的干燥环境中,物质不易氧化发热,各种霉菌、虫类不易生长,可有效地达到防霉、防虫的作用。
Description
本设计属于一种具有防霉、防虫等作用的贮存装置。
人们日常使用的物质(如粮食、毛皮、药材等)在贮存过程中经常因受潮而发霉、生虫。为了避免造成损失，常用的方法是预先烘干，然后存放，并定期晾晒。这种常用方法要消耗大量的物力和人力，同时在烘干时易损伤物质。
本设计的目的是提供一种贮存装置，这种装置不需要对物质预先烘干，也不需要定期晾晒。
本设计采用以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
将贮存装置制成密封容器，在容器侧面安有抽气孔，容器内有若干根带小孔的排气道相互贯通并与抽气孔相连，该抽气孔有两个作用，一是用于抽气，容器内呈负压，使贮存的物质处于低压缺氧的干燥环境中，二是用于充气，即抽气后继而注入贮存物质所需要的气体，如杀菌、保鲜、提高或抑制物质活性等所需气体。对于贮存量较大的装置，可在容器内安放若干根带有小孔的排气道，排气道可根据贮存的需要制成不同形状，贮存粒状物如玉米、小麦等，可制成圆管状，贮存片状物如中草药，可以制成扁平状，排气道之间相互贯通并与抽气孔相连，以增加抽气效果。
由于本设计在使用时，物质处于低压缺氧的干燥环境，物质不易氧化发热，各种霉菌、虫类不易生长，可有效地达到防霉、防虫的作用。
下面结合实施例和附图对本设计作详细的描述。
图1是本设计的示意图。图中1-容器壁，2-装配柱，3-排气道，4-抽气孔，5-阀门，6-容器盖。
实施例、容器壁1用硬塑料制成，内壁有装配柱2，排气道3是用塑料制成的管，有若干条，排气道壁上有孔，排气道的一端安放在装配柱上，另一端与其它排气道相互贯通后与容器壁侧的抽气孔4相连，抽气孔用塑料管或金属管制成，从容器壁侧开一口插入，其外径与排气道的内径相吻合，两者磨接在一起，抽气孔的一端侧面开一孔安阀门5，供抽气、充气和保持内部负压以及充入的气体不外泄，容器壁开有一容器口，并加容器盖6，用于取出或放入贮存物质。
