Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种轮框的防爆结构,是在轮框嵌接轮胎的框槽内缘设有凸肋,且凸肋是一端朝向框槽底缘,另端向框槽外缘,以防止轮胎因受压而自轮胎内缘蹦爆。

轮框的防爆结构
本实用新型涉及一种轮框,尤指一种轮框的防爆结构,
一般脚踏车的轮框的框槽为一倒梯形,用以嵌限轮胎的两开放的轮缘,当轮胎内充满气体后,气压即压迫两轮缘抵在框槽内,但因框槽的内面为平滑表面,当轮胎突然受到重压时,很容易迫使轮胎蹦爆,若轮胎的构造为外胎内再设内胎的结构,同样会发生外胎易蹦爆的缺点。
本实用新型的目的即在提供一种轮框的防爆结构,防止轮胎因受压而自轮胎内缘蹦爆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:一种轮框的防爆结构,在轮框嵌接轮胎的框槽内缘设有凸肋。
上述的轮框的防爆结构,其中凸肋一端朝向框槽底缘,另端朝向框槽外缘。
采用上述方案后,主要是于轮框嵌接轮胎的框槽内缘设有凸肋,以增加轮框咬合轮胎之力,以此防止轮胎因受压而自轮胎内缘蹦爆。
以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型作进一步详述。

如图1及图2所示,本实用新型实例一是于轮框1嵌接轮胎2的框槽11内缘连续间隔设有凸肋12,且凸肋12是一端朝向框槽11底缘,另端向框槽11外缘,实施时如图3所示,凸肋12会嵌抓轮胎2的两开放轮缘21,增加轮框1咬合轮胎2之力,以防止轮胎2因受压而自轮胎2的轮缘21蹦爆。
而本实用新型实例一的凸肋12的形态并不限于连续间隔设置,亦可如图4及图5所示,其中,该实例二的轮框1A的框槽11A内的凸肋12A是两条相邻并列为一单元,再以此单元连续间隔设置,至于实例三的轮框1B的框槽11B内的凸肋12B是连续并列设置,另外,不等距间隔设置亦可行。
相较于习用品,本实用新型确实具有较佳的抓咬力,使轮胎2更耐压撞而不易自轮框1蹦爆。

1、一种轮框的防爆结构,其特征在于:在轮框嵌接轮胎的框槽内缘设有凸肋。
2、如权利要求1所述的轮框的防爆结构,其特征在于:凸肋一端朝向框槽底缘,另端朝向框槽外缘。
3、如权利要求1所述的轮框的防爆结构,其特征在于:凸肋连续间隔设置。
4、如权利要求1所述的轮框的防爆结构,其特征在于:凸肋连续并列设置。
5、如权利要求1所述的轮框的防爆结构,其特征在于:凸肋两两并列再连续间隔设置。
