Abstract
一种木竹制品,共特征在于:成坯后的木竹制品本体外部粘贴有适当加工过的树皮、树叶或竹壳,树皮、树叶或竹壳上涂覆油漆或涂料。经试用,本实用新型具有天然树皮、树叶或竹壳的颜色花纹,美观大方,给人以自然美的感觉,同时耐水耐潮不变形,大大提高了观赏价值和使用价值;通过外形的装饰加工也消除了原材料的节疤、虫蛀点和暗裂的缺陷,大约可节约原材料15%。
Description
本实用新型涉及木竹制品的制作技术，尤其是木竹工艺品的制作技术范畴。
传统的木竹制品外观单调，受潮易变形，遇上材料有节疤、虫蛀点、暗裂等缺陷，则只能弃之不用，造成材料浪费。
本实用新型的目的是设计出一种自然美观大方又能节约原材料的木竹制品。
本实用新型是这样实施的：在成坯后的木竹制品本体外部粘贴适当加工过的树皮、树叶或竹壳，在树皮、树叶或竹壳上涂覆油漆或涂料，干燥即为成品。
木竹制品的品种很多，有花瓶、碗碟、盘、钵、筷子、饭匙、茶叶筒、茶具、酒杯、杯垫、围棋盒、手饰盒等。
图1为本实用新型茶叶筒的剖面图。图中(1)为茶叶筒盖的本体，(2)为茶叶筒本体，(3)为茶叶筒和盖的贴面。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明。如附图所示，木竹制品中的茶叶筒由茶叶筒本体(2)和盖本体(1)组成，在本体(1)和本体(2)外部用粘胶粘贴一层贴面，其贴面为适当加工过的树皮、树叶或竹壳，在树皮、树叶或竹壳上上油漆或涂料，干燥即为本茶叶筒成品。其它本实用新型产品的制作依此类推。
经试用，本实用新型具有天然树皮、树叶或竹壳的颜色花纹，美观大方，给人以自然美的感觉，同时耐水耐潮不变形，产品也因为提高了观赏价值和使用价值而大大升值；同时由于木竹原材料的节疤、虫蛀点和暗裂等缺陷而产生的次品，通过外形装饰加工后而得到了消除，大约可节约原材料15％左右。
