本实用新型涉及一种床垫，特别是涉及一种具有抗菌、防螨、保健作用的健康床垫。
背景技术
人的一生中有三分之一的时间是在睡眠中度过的，睡眠质量的好坏直接关系到人的健康，而床垫质量的好坏、功能的多少又会直接影响到人们的睡眠质量。现有的床垫大都以舒适性为主，一些具有保健功能的床垫主要是采用磁性材料、远红外材料或是采用电热、电磁效应制成，其功能或功效比较单一，抗菌、抑菌效果较差。有资料显示，平均一张双人床垫有200多万个螨虫生存，并以140％的速度增长，它是引起家庭成员皮肤及呼吸道疾病的首要因素。而目前具有抗菌特别是防螨功能同时又具有保健功能的床垫，市场上尚未见到。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有床垫产品的不足之处，提供了一种多层结构的、具有双重防螨功效的健康床垫。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种健康床垫，主体结构为八层，并配置一层外罩。该床垫第一层为织物层，第二层为磁石层，第三层为载体层，第四层为防螨材料层，第五层为负离子远红外针刺纤维层，第六层为三维卷曲涤中空纤维层，第七层为毛晴针刺无纺功能纤维层，第八层为织物层。
所述的外罩由防螨抗菌织物制成，该织物由不含任何有害物质的绿色织物经抗菌处理而成，对细菌、真菌和霉菌具有高效广谱抗菌作用，对尘螨、革螨、恙螨、蠕形螨具有高效的驱避效果；且对皮肤无刺激、无过敏反应，能有效地预防过敏性支气管哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、汗臭、皮肤瘙痒等症。
所述第一层和第八层的织物层，由涤棉精梳珠光印花织物制成，该织物为不含任何有害物质的绿色织物。
所述第二层的磁石层，由260～500枚永久磁石组成，利用其产生的磁场效应，促进人体血液循环，改善人体微循环状态，促进细胞代谢，增强和改善人体免疫功能，且有镇静作用，消除失眠和精神紧张，提高人的睡眠质量。
所述第三层的载体层，由带有专用字母标志的涤棉织物制成，该织物亦为不含任何有害物质的绿色织物，所述的磁石层镶嵌在该层上。
所述第四层的负离子远红外针刺纤维层可释放大量负离子，其直接作用于人的中枢神经和血液循环系统，可改善大脑功能，增强机体免疫力，促进新陈代谢；其发射的远红外线能改善人体微循环，调节神经系统，并具有降压、降脂、消除疲劳、提高人体免疫力的功效，还能起到柔软、保暖、干爽的作用。
所述第五层的防螨材料层采用“特卫强”(Tyvek)防护材料，其具有良好的防螨功效，绝对阻隔尘螨及其排泄物，防止尘埃、皮屑、细菌通过，防止皮肤及呼吸道疾患的传染，保证睡眠时健康的呼吸和床垫的清洁，且对人体无害。
所述第六层的三维卷曲涤中空纤维层具有良好的回弹性、透气性和保暖性。
所述第七层的毛晴针刺无纺功能纤维层，具有吸湿、透气、防潮功能。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：(1)具有双重防螨功效，可防止多种螨虫的危害，对细菌、真菌和霉菌具有高效广谱抗菌作用，防止皮肤及呼吸道疾患的传染，保证睡眠时呼吸畅通洁净，保证床垫的清洁卫生。(2)通过磁场效应、负离子和远红外线的共同作用，为人们制造出一个良好的睡眠环境，提高了人的睡眠质量，并起到了保健、理疗作用。(3)采用了绿色织物，避免了一些有害物质对人体的伤害。

如附图的一种健康床垫，其主体结构为八层，并配置一层外罩(1)。所述的外罩(1)由防螨抗菌织物制成，该织物由不含任何有害物质的绿色织物经抗菌处理而成；该床垫第一层为织物层(2)，由涤棉精梳珠光印花织物制成，该织物为不含任何有害物质的绿色织物；该床垫第二层为磁石层(3)，由260～500枚永久磁石组成；该床垫第三层为载体层(4)，由带有专用字母标志的涤棉织物制成，该织物亦为不含任何有害物质的绿色织物，所述的磁石层(3)镶嵌在该层上；该床垫第四层为负离子远红外线针刺纤维层(5)；该床垫第五层为防螨材料层(6)，采用“特卫强”(Tyvek)防护材料制成；该床垫第六层为三维卷曲涤中空纤维层(7)；该床垫第七层为毛晴针刺无纺功能纤维层(8)；该床垫第八层为织物层(9)，所用材料与织物层(2)相同。该床垫由上述八层缝制而成，然后套上外罩(1)。

1、一种健康床垫，主体结构为八层，并配置一层外罩(1)，其特征在于：该床垫第一层为织物层(2)，第二层为磁石层(3)，第三层为载体层(4)，第四层为防螨材料层(5)，第五层为负离子远红外针刺纤维层(6)，第六层为三维卷曲涤中空纤维层(7)，第七层为毛晴针刺无纺功能纤维层(8)，第八层为织物层(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种健康床垫，其特征在于：所述的磁石层(3)是镶嵌在载体层(4)上的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种健康床垫，其特征在于：所述的磁石层(3)由260～500枚永久磁石组成。
