Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种割草机伸缩管结构改进。它包括细管、粗管，其特征在于粗管和细管之间设有连接管套，细管内有一尾端延伸出细管外的弹片，弹片上端通过销钉固定在细管内壁上，连接管套上端部设有可顶住弹片尾端的限位槽。由于本实用新型在出厂时可以将粗管和细管分开包装，大大缩小了割草机的包装体积，可大幅降低包装成本及运输成本。适用于各种割草机。

本实用新型属于园林电动工具类，具体涉及一种割草机伸缩管结构改进。
背景技术
现有的割草机大都是整机包装出厂的，由于割草机伸缩管通常都较长，整机体积较大，包装时需占用较大的空间，不仅包装成本大为增加，而且运输成本也随之增加。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可拆开包装的割草机伸缩管结构改进，以便缩小包装体积，节约包装成本和运输成本。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种割草机伸缩管结构改进，包括细管、粗管，其特征在于粗管和细管之间设有连接管套，细管内有一尾端延伸出细管外的弹片，弹片上端通过销钉固定在细管内壁上，连接管套上端部设有可顶住弹片尾端的限位槽。
在上述结构中，由于割草机伸缩管由粗管和细管构成，因此出厂时可将粗管和细管分拆开包装，这样就能大大缩小包装体积，从而大幅降低包装成本和运输成本。

以下将结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，割草机伸缩管结构改进具有细管4、粗管5，粗管5和细管4之间有一连接管套3，细管4内有一尾端延伸出细管4外的弹片2，弹片2上端通过销钉1固定在细管内壁上，连接管套3上端部开有可顶住弹片2尾端的限位槽6。由于出厂时可以将细管4和粗管5分开包装，因此可以大大缩小割草机的包装体积，从而节约包装成本及运输成本。用户在装配伸缩管时，只需将细管4插入粗管5内并往里压，在细管4的压入过程中，弹片2受力下压，当弹片2尾端到达连接管套3上限位槽6时，弹片2尾端弹出顶在限位槽6上，限制细管4从粗管5内脱出，装配过程十分简便。

1.一种割草机伸缩管结构改进，包括细管(4)、粗管(5)，其特征在于粗管(5)和细管(4)之间设有连接管套(3)，细管(4)内有一尾端延伸出细管外的弹片(2)，弹片(2)上端通过销钉(1)固定在细管(4)内壁上，连接管套(3)上端部设有可顶住弹片(2)尾端的限位槽(6)。
