Abstract

本实用新型属于一种多功能间隙导线,其是在承载钢芯与外层绞合的铝导体之间有一定的间隙,间隙内充填防腐润滑剂。其能够在不增大导线截面的情况下,提高导线载流量,减小塔杆之间导线的弧垂量,并且能够减小风舞,减小风阻,防腐蚀。既节省了导线材料和架设成本,也提高了使用性能,更延长了导线的使用寿命。

本实用新型属于一种电线,确切的说是一种多功能间隙导线。
背景技术
目前普通的间隙导线,虽然能够在不增加弧垂的条件下,提高载流量,如日本J-PowerSystems公司生产的间隙型导线,其缺点是品种单一和功能少,不适合要求较多的复杂场合使用。而耐蚀防振导线,虽能减小导线振动,但是其结构是在钢绞线与铝绞线之间包覆一层无缝铝管,生产难度大,工艺要求高。而且这种耐蚀防振导线弯曲时无缝铝管受力不均,容易发生疲劳断裂的情形,可靠性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种多功能间隙导线。它不仅能够在不增加弧垂的条件下,提高载流量,而且能够减小风舞和风阻,防止腐蚀。
本实用新型的目的由以下方法实现:
在承载的线芯与外侧的导体之间,有充填防腐蚀润滑剂的间隙。导体用来传输电流。导线架设使用时随着电流的逐渐增加,导体受热膨胀,由于其与承载线芯之间有间隙,且有润滑剂的润滑作用,导体则可在承载线芯外周滑动膨胀,即线芯与导体间的摩擦力趋近于零。此时导线的张力完全转移到承载的线芯上。整体导线的线膨胀系数接近于承载线芯的线膨胀系数,使导线的弧垂增量降低到最小。当导线受风力舞动时,导体与线芯产生碰撞,以减小整体导线的振动带来的舞动。
由于采用了上诉方案,使得本实用新型在使用中,在不增加导线截面的情况下,即使增大传输电流,也能保证其抗拉强度。尽量降低塔杆之间导线的弧垂。并且减小风舞和风阻,防止腐蚀。

在承载的线芯4外侧有导体2和导体1,线芯4与导体2之间有一定的间隙,以充填防腐蚀润滑剂。

具体实施方式
导体1、导体2与承载的线芯4之间有充填防腐蚀润滑剂的间隙3。导线架设使用时随着电流的逐渐增加,导体1、导体2受热膨胀,线芯4与导体2间的摩擦力趋近于零。此时导线的张力完全转移到承载的线芯4上。整体导线的线膨胀系数接近于承载的线芯4的线膨胀系数,使导线的弧垂增量降低到最小。当导线受风力舞动时,导体2与线芯4产生碰撞,以减小整体导线振动带来的舞动。防腐蚀润滑剂可防止外界条件对金属材质的线芯4腐蚀。导线外周为光滑的圆形可减小风阻。
导体1、导体2可采用软铝、硬铝、半硬铝、稀土铝合金、铝镁硅合金、电解铜;承载的线芯4可采用碳素钢、合金钢、不胀钢(invar)、碳纤维、碳纤维复合材料、有机材料、有机复合材料。

1、一种多功能间隙导线,其特征是在承载的线芯与外侧的导体之间,有充填防腐蚀润滑剂的间隙。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能间隙导线,其特征在于圆型截面的单线组合的导体和异形截面单线组合的导体构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多功能间隙导线,其特征在于导线外周为光滑的圆形,均为异形截面的单线组合。
4、根据权利要求1所述的多功能间隙导线,其特征在于导体均为圆形截面的单线组合。
5、根据权利要求1所述的多功能间隙导线,其特征在于导体可采用软铝、硬铝、半硬铝、稀土铝合金、铝镁硅合金、电解铜,承载的线芯可采用碳素钢、合金钢、不胀钢(invar)、碳纤维、碳纤维复合材料、有机材料、有机复合材料。
