一种电磁离合器轴承密封装置,弹性密封圈的外圆过盈配合的安装在轴承外圈密封槽内,L型辅助密封槽在轴承内圈主密封槽的内侧,密封圈内圆上的第三密封唇与辅助密封槽间隙配合,其引导面顶端低于轴承内圈挡边;主密封唇的端部与轴承的内圈上的凹形主密封槽接触;辅助密封唇的根部连接在主密封唇的外侧壁上;辅助密封唇的端部与轴承的内圈上的密封挡边相对。可以有效分流润滑材料,辅助密封唇和主密封唇相关联而随动,总有一个密封唇与轴承密封挡边接触,密封效果好并延长了轴承的使用寿命。

Description

电磁离合器轴承密封装置
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的轴承密封装置,确切的说是一种电磁离合器轴承密封装置。
(二)背景技术
已有技术的电磁离合器轴承,是在轴承两侧安装轴承密封圈,用以防止轴承内的润滑材料泄露和外部物质侵入的。受加工精度的影响和工作的磨损,使得密封唇易与轴承内圈密封槽分离形成间隙,破坏密封。一种汽车空调压缩机电磁离合器轴承,专利号是2004200724645,公开了密封圈内径上的主密封唇与轴承内圈密封挡边接触,辅助密封唇与轴承内圈密封挡边间留有间隙的技术,当轴承处于高速旋转的情况下,润滑材料直接冲击到主密封唇,加大其磨损程度,使得主密封唇易与轴承内圈密封挡边分离形成间隙,而辅助密封唇与轴承内圈挡边已是间隙配合,容易破坏密封。专利号952012693公开的轴承接触式高效密封结构,虽然具有与内圈挡边长间隙密封的内唇,又有润滑材料流动引导面,但是在高速旋转的情况下润滑材料很容易通过其间隙流入稳定腔内,增加了外唇的密封压力,使外唇密封容易损坏。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述技术缺点,提供一种能有效分流润滑材料,主密封唇和辅助密封唇相关联而随动,总有一个密封唇与轴承密封挡边接触的电磁离合器轴承密封装置。
为了实现上述技术问题的目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种电磁离合器轴承密封装置,弹性密封圈6的外圆过盈配合的安装在轴承外圈密封槽8内,密封圈6的内圆上有主密封唇7和辅助密封唇4,其特征在于L型辅助密封槽11在轴承内圈主密封槽9的内侧,密封圈6内圆上的第三密封唇12与辅助密封槽11间隙配合,其引导面顶端低于轴承内圈挡边;主密封唇7的端部与轴承的内圈上的凹形主密封槽9接触;辅助密封唇4的根部连接在主密封唇7的外侧壁上;辅助密封唇4的端部与轴承的内圈上的密封挡边5相对。
弹性密封圈6的外圆通过挤压方式压入轴承的外圈上的密封槽8内被固定,两者不会产生移动或滑动。L型辅助密封槽11位于主密封槽9的内侧,与主密封唇7内侧的第三密封唇12的下工作面间隙配合,第三密封唇12向轴承内部延伸,其向上倾斜的上面,即引导面,的顶端低于轴承内圈挡边,引导面的顶端与辅助密封槽11侧壁有轻微的间隙,所以工作时产生的高压、高温的润滑材料沿第三密封唇12向上倾斜的引导面流动,只有轻微的润滑材料从低于轴承内圈挡边的间隙填充到第三密封唇12与辅助密封槽11配合间隙中,不仅不会对主密封唇7形成损坏,又形成了严密的密封。弹性的主密封唇7端部接触主密封槽9,使主密封唇7绕其根部扭转变形,而带动固定在其侧壁上的辅助密封唇4端部离开密封挡边5,而形成间隙配合。弹性的作用使主密封唇7可以很好的接触主密封槽9形成贴压式密封,随着主密封唇7的端部磨损,主密封唇7带动辅助密封唇4端部与密封挡边5的间隙逐渐缩小,当主密封唇7的端部不能接触主密封槽9时,辅助密封唇4端部与密封挡边5接触,依然使轴承内外被密封隔离。
密封圈6由弹性材料制成,内部镶嵌刚性骨架3。密封圈6的内部镶嵌了刚性骨架3,增强了其强度。
第三密封唇12的引导面从端部起向上翘起角度为10°-25°。
主密封唇7的内侧壁端部与U型主密封槽9侧壁接触。
主密封唇7的外侧壁与轴承轴线成60°-75°角度。
本实用新型的优点是:采用三个密封唇可以有效分流润滑材料,加强了密封效果,延长了轴承的使用寿命。密封圈的辅助密封唇根部连接在弹性主密封唇的外侧壁上,使辅助密封唇和主密封唇相关联而随动,总是有一个密封唇与轴承密封挡边接触的轴承密封圈,使轴承内外被隔离,实现对轴承的密封。

(五)具体实施方式
图中所示密封圈6由橡胶制成,内部镶嵌钢骨架3。密封圈6的外圆10与轴承外圈1的密封槽8过盈配合。密封圈6的内圆上自内向外有第三密封唇12、主密封唇7和辅助密封唇4。L型辅助密封槽11在轴承内圈2的主密封槽9的内侧,其低于轴承内圈2的挡边。第三密封唇12的下工作面与辅助密封槽11间隙配合,第三密封唇12向轴承内部延伸,其向上倾斜的引导面的顶端低于轴承内圈2的挡边,引导面的顶端与辅助密封槽11侧壁有轻微的间隙,第三密封唇12与辅助密封槽11之间允许填充轻微的润滑材料,形成严密的密封,两者共同作用阻止润滑材料的泄漏。主密封唇7的内侧壁的端部与轴承的内圈2上的梯形主密封槽9侧壁接触,形成贴压式密封。辅助密封唇4的根部连接在主密封唇7的外侧壁上,辅助密封唇4的端部与轴承的内圈2上的密封挡边5相对,正常工作时两者成有间隙的配合。第三密封唇12的根部在主密封唇7内侧壁的上部。在密封圈6弹性作用下,主密封唇7可以绕其根部扭转变形。第三密封唇12的引导面从端部起向上翘起角度为20°,该角度的主要作用是减少润滑材料流动的阻力,引导润滑材料沿引导面流动。主密封唇7的外侧壁与轴承轴线成65°角度。

Claims (5)

1、一种电磁离合器轴承密封装置,弹性密封圈(6)的外圆过盈配合的安装在轴承外圈密封槽(8)内,密封圈(6)的内圆上有主密封唇(7)和辅助密封唇(4),其特征在于L型辅助密封槽(11)在轴承内圈主密封槽(9)的内侧,密封圈(6)内圆上的第三密封唇(12)与辅助密封槽(11)间隙配合,其引导面顶端低于轴承内圈挡边;主密封唇(7)的端部与轴承的内圈上的凹形主密封槽(9)接触;辅助密封唇(4)的根部连接在主密封唇(7)的外侧壁上;辅助密封唇(4)的端部与轴承的内圈上的密封挡边(5)相对。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁离合器轴承密封装置,其特征在于密封圈(6)由弹性材料制成,内部镶嵌刚性骨架(3)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电磁离合器轴承密封装置,其特征在于第三密封唇(12)的引导面从端部起向上翘起角度为10°-25°。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电磁离合器轴承密封装置,其特征在于主密封唇(7)的内侧壁端部与U型主密封槽(9)侧壁接触。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的电磁离合器轴承密封装置,其特征在于主密封唇(7)的外侧壁与轴承轴线成60°-75°角度。
