Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种混凝土输送机,包括电机及和电机连接的输送装置,所述输送装置设置在支撑板上,所述支撑板底部安装有滚轮,所述滚轮安装在三角铁轨道上。本实用新型利用滚轮可以使平常的输送带在三角铁轨道上前后滑动,便于输送远近混凝土。

本实用新型涉及一种混凝土输送机。
背景技术
传统混凝土输送机都是固定的,由于输送机体积比较大,输送机的移动很不方便,所以使用起来非常不方便。而且输送机的皮带为直平面输送带,输送混凝土时会把砂浆从两边的缝中流走。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题就在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种混凝土输送机。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型混凝土输送机,包括电机及和电机连接的输送装置,所述输送装置设置在支撑板上,所述支撑板底部安装有滚轮,所述滚轮安装在三角铁轨道上。
为了输送机应用方便,本实用新型所述三角铁轨道下部安装有活动脚架,所述活动脚架底部通过脚架螺杆以可拆开的方式连接有活动轮。
为了固定输送机,本实用新型所述支撑板通过连接螺杆以可拆开的方式连接固定在三角铁轨道上。
本实用新型所述三角铁轨道一端活动连接一个混凝土输送滑槽。
本实用新型所述输送装置为皮带输送机构,所述皮带为中间向下凹的海带型皮带,皮带中间设置有钢丝,皮带两边为波浪型。
本实用新型利用滚轮可以使平常的输送带在三角铁轨道上前后滑动,便于输送远近混凝土,滑槽可以左右摆动,增加混凝土的面积,脚架可调节长短和宽窄,倒混凝土时可以升高,降低减少原来使用合板的成本,脚架的宽窄可以使输送带放在下面,使用多节可以转弯,轻巧,安装方便。
本实用新型海带型输送带在皮带中间向下凹的底部内加上钢丝,可以增加它的使用时间,皮带两边为波浪型,便于防止砂浆流出和拉环。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型混凝土输送机,包括电机1及和电机连接的输送装置2,所述输送装置设置在支撑板3上,所述支撑板底部安装有滚轮4,所述滚轮安装在三角铁轨道5上。
为了输送机应用方便,本实用新型所述三角铁轨道下部安装有活动脚架6,可调节长短和宽窄,所述活动脚架底部通过脚架螺杆以可拆开的方式连接有活动轮7。
为了固定输送机,本实用新型所述支撑板通过连接螺杆8以可拆开的方式连接固定在三角铁轨道上。
本实用新型所述三角铁轨道一端活动连接一个混凝土输送滑槽9。
本实用新型所述输送装置为皮带输送机构,如图2所示,所述皮带10为中间向下凹的海带型皮带,皮带中间设置有钢丝11,皮带两边为波浪型。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本实用新型的启示下得出的其他任何与本实用新型相同或相近似的产品,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、一种混凝土输送机,包括电机及和电机连接的输送装置,其特征在于:所述输送装置设置在支撑板上,所述支撑板底部安装有滚轮,所述滚轮安装在三角铁轨道上。
2、如权利要求1所述的混凝土输送机,其特征在于:所述支撑板通过连接螺杆以可拆开的方式连接固定在三角铁轨道上。
3、如权利要求2所述的混凝土输送机,其特征在于:所述三角铁轨道下部安装有活动脚架,所述活动脚架底部通过脚架螺杆以可拆开的方式连接有活动轮。
4、如权利要求3所述的混凝土输送机,其特征在于:所述三角铁轨道一端活动连接一个混凝土输送滑槽。
5、如权利要求4所述的混凝土输送机,其特征在于:所述输送装置为皮带输送机构,所述皮带为中间向下凹的海带型皮带,皮带中间设置有钢丝,皮带两边为波浪型。
