Abstract
本发明是防水粘合剂的制备方法。该方法直接采用高淀粉植物为原料,以无机酸为催化剂,与醛类树脂的单体,在一个反应器中一次完成水解和共聚反应。该方法与一般防水粘合剂制备方法比较,工序少,设备简单,而且提高了粘合剂的粘结力。该粘合剂既适于热裱工艺,又适于冷裱工艺,还可民用。
Description
本发明是一种粘合剂的制备方法。
一般的淀粉防水粘合剂的制备方法,是先从含有高淀粉植物中提取出淀粉,再把淀粉水解为糊精,然后选用合适的单体与糊精共聚。例如,US3583933中所说的方法,就是先把玉米经过提取淀粉,水解成糊精,又干燥为粉状等多道工序,然后再与单体共聚,制成粘合剂。整个制备过程需经过复杂的工序,用不同设备,生产周期长,成本高,尤其是把淀粉制成糊精时必须完全水解成为小分子量的透明体,影响粘结力。
本发明针对上述方法的缺点,直接采用高淀粉的植物为原料,以无机酸为催化剂,选择酚醛或尿醛或酮醛树脂的单体为共聚单体,在一个反应器中一次完成水解和共聚等工序。这种方法不但大大减少工序,而且在水解反应时不必完全水解,相反,只要形成一种大分子量的物质参加聚合,增强了粘结力。
本发明是直接采用含高淀粉的植物如玉米、小麦、马铃薯、大米与水及无机酸在反应器中混合,升温60-100℃,搅动8-60分钟,然后加入醛类共聚单体如:间苯二酚,间甲酚,3.5二甲酚,多聚甲醛,乙醛,丙醛,丁醛,尿素,乙撑尿,三聚氰胺,丙酮,甲乙酮在50℃-90℃温度下搅动0.5-3小时。
实施例
原料准备:把玉米去皮磨成粉,筛出70目以上的组分即可备用。在一个装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器和温度计的三口瓶中装入玉米面40克,水120毫升,36%盐酸1毫升,搅拌,升温到70℃后反应20分钟,用0.2N NaOH溶液调节pH到7,再加入二羟基甲尿水溶液20克,在90℃下反应1.5小时,然后将1克硼砂溶解在40毫升水中后倒入三口瓶内,用0.2N NaOH溶液调节pH到9,在70℃中再反应0.5小时即可出料。用本方法得到的粘合剂,在使用前应加变定剂进行变定如1~2%的NH4Cl,变定可以在室温下,也可加温进行。未变定的粘合剂可用一般民用浆糊。
本发明直接采用含高淀粉的植物为起始原料,不需经制成糊精,所以不仅使用的设备简单,操作容易,工序少,生产周期短,而且还增强了粘合剂的粘结力。用本粘合剂粘结瓦楞纸与同类粘合剂比较如下。

本发明所得到的粘合剂使用范围广,既可用于热裱工艺,又可用于冷裱工艺,还可民用。
Claims (4)
1、一种防水粘合剂的制备方法,采用含高淀粉的植物为原料,用无机酸为催化剂进行水解反应,然后与尿醛、酚醛或酮醛树脂的单体进行共聚,其特征在于水解和共聚反应在一个反应器中一次完成。
2、如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于将含高淀粉的植物、水及无机酸在反应器中混合,在60℃-100℃温度下水解8-60分钟。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于水解后加入醛类树脂的单体,在50℃-90℃温度下反应0.5-3小时。
4、如权利要求2,3所述的方法,其特征在于在水解,共聚反应时不断搅动。
