Abstract
本装置是用水来净化气体的设备。其水在除尘器内处于喷淋和旋流状态，使气液接触充分，除尘和消烟效果好，被除物不会沉积在除尘器内，能适用于高含尘和高浓度有害物气体净化和黑度较高的烟道气的消烟除尘。
Description
本装置是消烟除尘设备，可适用于各行各业的消烟和除尘。
这装置是在旋流式消烟除尘器的基础上加装一根水喷淋管，进而产生的能适应高含尘量高黑度烟气的消烟除尘设备。
这种消烟除尘器是用水为消烟除尘介质。装置是：干室（9）和水室（6）同处于除尘器内部，用挡板（8）隔开，水室（6）侧面的最低处装有进水管（5），进水管（5）与水室（6）侧面的水平交角小于60度，水室（6）的顶部装有进气管（1），进气管（1）下口与溢流管（3）进水口间的高度差大于引风装置静负压力的水柱高，进气管下口处装有一根打有多孔出水眼的水喷淋管（11），喷水孔迎着烟气流向而开，水喷淋量由阀门（10）控制，溢流管（3）的出水端与虹吸管（2）相连，排气管接在干室（9）的侧下部。
消烟除尘器工作时，其水从水室（6）侧面的底部切线进入，使得水在水室（6）内打旋，不使灰尘沉淀在除尘器内，烟尘气喷射在旋流的水面上。当水室（6）的水位越过溢流管（3）进水口的高度大于除尘器水室（6）负压力水度高时，带有烟尘的水通过虹吸作用自动排出，不致水位无限上涨，造成引风装置带水，又由于引拨风负压力的作用，当排水至某一位置时即停止排水，溢流管（3）中的水起着液封作用，隔绝外界空气进入除尘器内部，此时水位重新上升，进行再次循环。根据消烟除尘效果可开启调节喷淋水管（11）的控制阀（10）以求达到最佳消烟和除尘的效果。与一种旋流式消烟除尘器相比本发明是加装了与气体直接淋涤的多孔水喷淋管，从而提高对高含尘量高有害气体的净化效果。
附图是本装置在两吨锅炉上的一个实施例。
引风机静负压力为380毫米水柱，进气管（1）的下口与溢流管（3）进水口之间的高度为400毫米。进气管（1）的下口处装有一根由调节阀（10）控制的喷淋管（11）上迎气体流向开有八个φ6毫米的喷水孔。水室（6）的侧面底部装有进水管（5），进水管（5）与水室（6）的侧面水平交角为30度进水管（5）上装有调节阀（4），水室（6）一面安有溢流管（3），溢流管（3）出水端与虹吸管（2）相连，排气管（7）接引风装置。

1、用介质水喷淋旋流作为净化气体的消烟除尘器，挡板(8)竖直装在除尘器内部，将除尘器分为干室(9)和水室(6)两部分，水室(6)侧面的最低处装有进水阀(5)水室(6)的内外部装有溢流管(3)溢流管(3)出水端与虹吸管(2)相连。其特征在于进气管(1)的下口处装有一根多孔水喷淋管(11)。
