Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto alimenticio tal como un bocadillo que comprende al menos un recipiente hueco comestible sellado relleno con sólidos comestibles de flujo libre; en donde el recipiente se configura para liberar los sólidos comestibles para consumirse en su forma actual o reconstituirse con un líquido. La presente invención se refiere, además, a un proceso para preparar un bocadillo de este tipo. Por ejemplo, el bocadillo es un bizcocho a base de cereales relleno con café en polvo instantáneo.
