Abstract

La presente invención pertenece al campo de la purificación de proteína y proporciona un método novedoso de manufactura de proteína, particularmente donde dicha proteína se acopla con otra molécula. La invención adicionalmente proporciona un método para manufactura de proteína a escala industrial, por ejemplo, para propósitos terapéuticos. El método de manufactura de proteína comprende: cultivar las células hospederas bajo condiciones de modo que expresan tal proteína; y purificar tal proteína de una mezcla que contiene las células hospederas y otros contaminantes.
