Abstract
Esta divulgación se refiere a las moléculas de ácido nucleico y a los métodos de uso de las mismas para el control de las plagas de hemípteros a través de la inhibición mediada por ARN de interferencia (iARN) de secuencias blanco codificantes. Modalidades preferidas utilizan ARN de doble cadena (dsARN) para elegir como blanco genes de remodelación para iARN de cromatina hemíptera. La divulgación también trata de métodos para obtener plantas transgénicas que expresan moléculas de ácido nucleico útiles para el control de las plagas de hemípteros, y las células de las plantas y las plantas obtenidas de este modo.
