Abstract
RESUMEN La invención se refiere a un conjunto de filtración para pruebas microbiológicas y a un método para usar el conjunto de filtración para dicho fin. El conjunto de filtración (1) comprende un soporte de membrana similar a un anillo (10) que contiene una membrana de filtración (11), un depósito cilíndrico (20) cuyos extremos axiales opuestos tienen aberturas y una abertura axial se puede unir de manera desmontable y hermética al fluido al soporte de membrana (10) para definir un volumen de muestra adyacente a la membrana de filtración (11) sobre un lado axial del soporte de membrana (10); y un dispositivo de tapa (40) que se puede unir de manera desmontable y hermética al fluido a la otra abertura axial del depósito (20) para cerrar la abertura. Además, el dispositivo de tapa (40) se puede unir de manera desmontable y hermética al fluido al soporte de membrana (10) para sellar el lado axial del soporte de membrana (10) desde el entorno.
