Abstract
La tecnología desarrollada consiste en un conjunto de cucharillas porta impresiones dentales, adaptadas para la toma de moldes de la superficie interna bucal de pacientes total o parcialmente edéntulos, en la elaboración de prótesis dentales totales o parciales removibles. Dicho conjunto de cucharillas porta impresiones comprende una cucharilla porta impresiones inferior y una cucharilla porta impresiones superior, cada una adaptada a las características comunes de la superficie interna inferior y superior respectivamente, correspondientes a la cavidad bucal humana. Dichas cucharillas con una estructura elaborada a partir de polímeros de alto impacto preferiblemente seleccionados entre polipropileno de alta densidad, poliestireno de cristal o poliestireno de alto impacto.
