Abstract
Una formulación farmacéutica de taxano para ser administrada a mamíferos, preferentemente humanos, que comprende dos composiciones que se combinan previamente a su administración formando una solución trasparente libre de precipitados, donde dichas composiciones comprenden una composición sólida de taxano liofilizada, libre de tensoactivos, aceites, polímeros, mejoradores de solubilidad, conservantes y excipientes y una composición solubilizante de dicha composición sólida liofilizada de taxano que comprende al menos un tensoactivo.A pharmaceutical formulation of taxane to be administered to mammals, preferably humans, comprising two compositions that are combined prior to administration forming a clear solution free of precipitates, wherein said compositions comprise a solid composition of lyophilized taxane, free of surfactants, oils, polymers, solubility enhancers, preservatives and excipients and a solubilizing composition of said lyophilized solid composition of taxane comprising at least one surfactant.
