Abstract

Una freidora continua al vacío en forma de ducto caracterizada por que dicho ducto se extiende horizontalmente en un trayecto que se encuentra por encima de los puntos de entrada y salida, de modo que por diferencia de nivel de aceite, la presión en la parte elevada del ducto está por debajo de la presión atmosférica.
