Abstract
El rotor eólicode eje vertical de auto-arranque (11) qua tambien sea capaz de arrancar a velocidades del viento bastante bajas por ejemplo, en el orden de 1 m/s, qua comprende una estructura de soporte fijo; una máquina para convertir el movimiento circular en la corriente eléctrica, conectado con dicha estructura; un eje vertical rotativo sostenido por la estructura y conectados a la máquina, de tal forma qua la rotación del eje provoque la generación de corriente eléctrica por dicha máquina.
