Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar 2'-O-fucosil-lactosa, a la 2'-O-fucosil-lactosa obtenible por este método y a su uso. El método comprende hacer reaccionar los derivados de fucosa protegidos persililados de la fórmula (I) de abajo, con al menos un yoduro de tri(alquil C1-C6)sililo y posteriormente hacer reaccionar el producto así obtenido con el compuesto de la fórmula general (II), en presencia de una base.
