Abstract

La invención comprende un proceso para producir un derivado de quitosano, y un producto preparado de ese modo, activando quitosano o quitina precursora de quitosano en alcohol que contiene agua desde 0% hasta un máximo de aproximadamente 30% y preparando derivados reaccionando con un reactivo para obtener derivados que tienen diversos usos que incluyen un antimicrobiano, o un microbiostático, o un antitranspirante, o un antifúngico, o propiedades conservantes de fruta o como portador de moléculkas activas o grupos funcionales etc.
