Abstract
<p>Un dispositivo para convertir celulosa en azúcar comprende una cámara de reactor con una pluralidad de componentes de control y un ensamblaje de control. El ensamblaje de control está conectado operativamente a la cámara del reactor, un ensamblaje de accionamiento y componentes de control para transmitir y recibir señales de interoperabilidad. El dispositivo tiene una tolva de entrada con un detector, una trituradora, una tolva de salida, un ensamblaje de sensor, una entrada de vapor y una entrada de dióxido de carbono. La tolva de entrada está configurada para recibir y analizar datos de proporción de materias en una mezcla de materia prima y catalizador a través del detector. La trituradora recibe y tritura la mezcla de la tolva de entrada para inducir una reacción química para producir azúcar. La tolva de salida está configurada para determinar una proporción de datos de materia en la mezcla triturada. El ensamblaje de control está configurado para determinar los ajustes que deben realizarse en los componentes y el ensamblaje de accionamiento para optimizar la producción de azúcar.</p>
