Abstract
Un método para producir un núcleo revestible para una formulación farmacéutica de liberación retardada para la administración oral de la entrega de un fármaco en el colon. El método comprende la formación de un núcleo que comprende un fármaco. Una preparación de revestimiento de capa externa se forma al combinar una primera preparación acuosa de un polímero degradable enzimáticamente que se puede degradar mediante enzimas bacterianas del colon; una segunda preparación acuosa de un polímero entérico que forma una película con un umbral de pH de alrededor de pH 6 o superior; y un agente orgánico antiadherente. El núcleo entonces se reviste con la preparación de revestimiento de capa externa para formar un núcleo recubierto de capa externa.
