La invención se refiere además a un método para producir un complejo macromolecular de acuerdo con la invención, a una composición que comprende dicho complejo macromolecular y al uso de dicha composición. La invención se refiere adicionalmente a un método para proteger una planta y a un método para evitar, reducir y/o eliminar la presencia de un patógeno en una planta, poniendo en contacto dicha planta con una composición de la invención.
