Abstract
La divulgación proporciona moléculas de unión a antígenos multiespecíficas que comprenden una primera fracción de unión a antígenos y una segunda fracción de unión a antígenos, cada una de las cuales es capaz de unirse a CD3 y CD137, pero no se une a CD3 y CD137 al mismo tiempo; y una tercera fracción de unión a antígenos que es capaz de unirse a DLL3, preferiblemente DLL3 humana, que inducen la citotoxidad dependiente de células T de manera más eficiente al tiempo que evitan los problemas de toxicidad adversa o los efectos secundarios que pueden tener otras moléculas multiespecíficas de unión a antígenos. La presente invención proporciona moléculas multiespecíficas de unión a antígenos y composiciones farmacéuticas que pueden tratar diversos tipos de cáncer, especialmente los asociados con DLL3, al comprender la molécula de unión al antígeno como ingrediente activo.
