Abstract
La modalidades en la presente se refieren a un implante tridimensional para reconstrucción de tejido o aumento de tejido para inserción en un paciente. El implante comprende una pluralidad de filamentos que forman una estructura tridimensional, que comprende una pluralidad de canales huecos. Cada canal hueco comprende una pluralidad de paredes laterales. Una pared lateral comprende una pluralidad de segmentos de filamento y una pluralidad de separaciones arregladas de manera alternativa de tal forma que se forma una separación entre los segmentos de filamento adyacentes de la pared lateral. La separación comprende una longitud de separación (gl) y una altura de separación en reposo (gh). La pluralidad de separaciones son separaciones reversiblemente expandibles. Los segmentos de filamento adyacentes comprenden una capacidad de deflexión () con base en un objeto que se va a recibir por la separación reversiblemente expandible.
