Abstract

La invención describe un tejido (1A) fabricado a partir de hilados de líber e hilados no líber compatibles con el líber, su método de fabricación y un saco/bolsa fabricado a partir de dicho tejido. El tejido (1A) de la invención se fabrica a partir de hilados de líber (3A) e hilados no compatibles con el líber (2A, 2B) para fabricar sacos/bolsas (1) para aplicaciones de envasado, especialmente para productos perecederos/mercancías. Una característica clave de la invención es que el tejido (1A) se fabrica utilizando hilo de líber relativamente pesado (3A) en un telar plano. Esto evita la pelusa y las partículas generadas durante el proceso de tejido en un telar circular, que no puede trabajar con el hilo de denier pesado utilizado en la presente invención. La tela tejida (1A) fabricada utilizando el método y los materiales aquí divulgados es más robusta y duradera que la tela fabricada en un telar circular. La invención también divulga una bolsa (1) hecha de la tela tejida (1A) y un proceso de fabricación de una bolsa (1) que utiliza una puntada en L o dos puntadas laterales longitudinales (1M), o una puntada en forma de U (1N).
