Abstract

Un sistema en contenedores para producir amoníaco anhidro a partir de aire, agua y una fuente de energía, incluye una unidad de producción de hidrógeno en contenedores que produce gas hidrógeno a partir de una fuente de agua mediante un electrolizador de baja temperatura, un electrolizador de alta temperatura, battolyser o por otros métodos; una unidad de producción de nitrógeno en contenedores que comprende una unidad de compresión y almacenamiento de aire a bordo que produce y almacena aire presurizado, un proceso de adsorción por oscilación de presión u otros métodos que usan moléculas regenerativas que no necesitan ningún mantenimiento, que toma aire comprimido y produce gas nitrógeno mediante una serie de procesos de adsorción y desorción, u otros métodos similares de producir nitrógeno a partir de aire; una unidad de producción de amoníaco en contenedores que comprende un elevador de presión de gas que aumenta la presión de una mezcla de gas hidrógeno y gas nitrógeno usando el aire presurizado; una unión del conjunto multirreactor en serie o en paralelo; y un circuito de reciclaje que separa el amoníaco de los gases sin reaccionar
