Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con compuestos agonistas duales de GLP-1/GIP de larga duración que tienen un efecto agonista dual en el receptor del péptido-1 de tipo glucagon (GLP-1) y el receptor del polipéptido insulinotrópico dependiente de la glucosa (GIP) humano. La presente invención también se relaciona con el uso de dichos compuestos en la fabricación de medicamentos para tratar diabetes mellitus de Tipo II.
