Abstract
un metodo para producir un efecto antimicrobiano sobre productos alimentarios, dicho metodo esta caracterizado por proveer una composicion antimicrobiana que tenga un ingrediente activo compuesto por un producto de la semilla de mostaza o un derivado del mismo, o bien una combinacion de los mismos, proceder a aplicar la composicion al producto alimentario, combinar o mezclar la composicion con el producto alimentario, dejar la composicion en contacto con la superficie presentada por el alimento y crear un efecto antimicrobiano sobre las bacterias presentes en el producto alimentario.a method to produce an antimicrobial effect on food products, said method is characterized by providing an antimicrobial composition that has an active ingredient composed of a mustard seed product or a derivative thereof, or a combination thereof, proceed to applying the composition to the food product, combining or mixing the composition with the food product, leaving the composition in contact with the surface presented by the food and creating an antimicrobial effect on the bacteria present in the food product.
