Abstract
Se describe un metodo para producir clinker de cemento utilizando coque de petroleo con un contenido de azufre mayor de 4.55 en peso, en equipos e instalaciones covencionales, en donde el metodo comprende el tratar la mezcla cruda para optimizar sus caracteristicas fisico - quimicas combinado con el control de parametros del proceso, obteniendo una reduccion en la temperatura de clikeriazacion y como resultado se reduce la concentracion de S03 en el material calcinado que se alimenta al horno rotatorio, incrementando con esto el contenido de sulfato de calcio en el clinker.
