Procesos novedosos y combinaciones de importancia para el tratamiento de productos agricolas frescos para sellar los tallos o pedunculos recien cortados con el fin de reducir la perdida de humedad e inhibir la infestacion por hongos, mohos, pudricion e insectos en el lugar en donde el producto agricola fue separado del tallo de la planta.
