Abstract

Se refiere a una camara mezcladora para obtener una bebida no carbonatada, en la cual la bebida estaa expuesta al crecimiento de microorganismos perjudiciales y que comprende una linea de alimentacion del concentrado de la bebida que posee una valvula de retencion , una linea de alimentacion de agua caliente, una linea de alimentacion de agua fria que posee una valvula de retencion y en esta realizacion la bebida no carbonatada tiene un recuento microbiano mejor que el aceptable y es una bebida no carbonatada basicamente homogenea.
